I generally get my coffee free if I'm buying something else as well. Folks are friendly here and I can easily wile away time just hanging out and talking. Lotsa trucker health food (chips, candy, soda pop, fried goodies, baked goods, etc). Coffee is good, especially the super caffeine stuff. Flavored creamers. There's a good sized casino attached, and also a restaurant. I've tried neither. I don't gamble, and I bring all my own food. I've heard the food is good in the cafe but I personally don't know. Auto gas pumps out front while the fuel islands for 'big trucks' is along the side (going past the CB radio shop).

You never know who you're going to get when breaking down in rural areas, but I won the mechanic lottery with Otto Clinic. Chris was able to identify the failure quickly, and unfortunately for me, it required a new engine. Chris's explanation was clear, competent, and accurate. Nobody wants to hear they need a new engine, but I ran everything by my usual mechanic, and he agreed with everything Chris said. Not your everyday repair, and not the type of thing you want to leave to just anyone. But this isn't just anyone- Chris is an ASE certified, AAA recommended Master Mechanic. He knows his stuff. Chris and Alyssia (who runs the shop) really helped me out in a major bind, and had a ton of patience with me while my warranty company dragged their feet getting a new engine shipped out. Highly recommend, and it feels good to know there's a A+ mechanic on the long stretch of highway between Reno and SLC. I hope to never HAVE to be back, but if something goes wrong on I-80, I know where I'm being towed. If you end up here, make sure to congratulate Chris and the Wells High School Girls Softball team on bringing home the state championship!

Parts are ordered (2 weeks later they had not been ordered) I don't know where your vehicle is. (By receptionist) I don't know what they said I didn't talk to them. (By production manager and the suspension shop she sent my car to) They said specs are good but you need a strut. (By the shop manager) They forged my name on an insurance check without authorization or power of attorney. They did not do over $1300.00 of the repairs that the insurance paid for. I am having done by different shops and they refuse to reimburse the money they never should have deposited. To get a return call, email or text takes an act of congress. Only updates given are if you call in and they confirm your car is there (sometimes can't even get that much). No one in the office could even read an estimate or knew the software to write an estimate. I am filing insurance fraud complaint on this shop. So much more...if you value your car, time and money go anywhere else.
