I have been thinking about changing the countertops in our house from granite to quartz. I had…read morevisited several other businesses who left me cold. Based on reviews, I decided to check out Breeze Granite, and I am so ecstatic that I did. I dropped by without an appointment, and met Jessica, who spent over an hour with me. She answered every question I had, made suggestions, and gave me a tour of their facility. She also provided me several brochures from places where I could go to look at the various stones I was considering. I took advantage of her suggestions and visited 2 stone yards. I met with her a little over a month later and again, she spent loads to time with me. Again, Jessica never made me feel rushed, answered questions and gave suggestions as to the stones that would be appropriate for my colors/uses. She gave me 2 samples to bring home to make sure my other half liked, along with a brochure with the Cambria stone we thought he would like (which he did). I haven't met Jonathan yet, but will on June 22nd, when he comes out to template my countertops. I'm sure he will be fantastic to deal with, as he was smart enough to hire Jessica. If you want excellent customer service, Breeze Granite is where you need to get your quartz and other stones!

We should have checked reviews prior to being so quick to…read morehire them for our countertops/Backsplash. Sales lady never stepped in home it was all Joe! This job was simple removal of existing countertops ie wood and install Quartz countertops w/Backsplash ! Well all went great until installation day they didn't line up with countertops bottom so u can see a 1/4 " from edge missing on one side and the other was supposed to be one piece but they sliced with dull blade 2 times and you can see both seams which look terrible! So Joe says they will fix it but day one no show, the only positive is I have a kitchen sink and and we can operate the dishwasher! Now the negative these expensive countertops/Backsplash are not as beautiful as promised "You won't see any seams" then backtracks saying he said that when I know I asked prior to even deciding to go with them. Then the other negative is we have family coming in a week and my kitchen is not completed as promised! The communication is absolutely the worse ever not only with the customer but with each other! When they know they messed up terribly they ignore phone calls and text this is the absolute worse experience we have had with a company in a very long time!
