The items are in good condition but sometimes a little more expensive than you might expect. The prices go down a little each month until the items sell or are taken off the sales floor. I've picked up some really neat decor and small kitchen appliances here over the years. They offer a short warranty on appliances so if you get home and your new crock pot doesn't work - they'll take it back. I've consigned items here before and it's a very easy process. You fill out a form with your information and agree to their pricing terms. They accept 12 items per person per day and decide the prices themselves. After 90 days they put most items on clearance and if you don't contact them to pick up your stuff and it doesn't sell, they donate the items. They offer online access to your account so you can see how many items you have for sale, how much they cost and how much you've made. If you don't use your credit or cash out within a 12 month period, you forfeit the money.

Property "House Truths" state "nearby construction over the Summer months could create noise during weekdays" (Simple Life Mgmnt added the "Fall months" clause AFTER our stay. We rented during the Fall months). Simple Life Mgmnt was notified of the unacceptable conditions. While they expressed their "apologies" and "understanding" absolutely NO action was taken to provide a comfortable stay as should be expected from a hospitality management company. In addition to the noise, the unit's internet service did not operate as expected. Streaming services on the TV were unavailable. It appears that Simple Life manages several properties within the same complex: Holiday By The Bay A-4, Hilltop View B-3, Hilltop Hide Away B-5, Peacefield At The Hilltop B-4, and Relaxing Busy Bee B-7.
