There was one employee vacuuming. She had a look on her face because the others were sitting down talking and not doing anything. I had said to all of them I'm picking up an online order. I walked over to the desk and stood there for a minute and a half, without anybody even acknowledging me.! Finally two of them that were sitting down, walked over to the desk and started to look for my order. I had to step away to use the restroom when I came back, somebody had placed my order on the floor in front of the checkout desk I couldn't believe that was even happening. Someone else could've grabbed it and took it.! When I came back to the desk, nobody even told me that was my order I almost stepped on it when I approached the desk and I looked in the bag and I said oh I guess this is my order huh? And somebody said yes , she proceeded to give me my other order over-the-counter and I asked her if she could wrap up again a bunny that was laying on the floor in my bag with the whole top portion of his body and his ears exposed that were I'm surprised, not broken already because they had not bothered to make sure everything was wrapped up like it should be! You need to start over with your employees in the store. There's only one to two decent ones that I've encountered here. I would rather travel 30 minutes and go down to Appleton and get the service. I need then travel 10 minutes across town and deal with this ridiculousness!

There isn't much left in the East Town Mall, but don't forget about this neat consignment store…read more In the last year I feel it's noticeable that the nicer items are at the other location in the Bay Park Mall, however it's still worth going to check out this location. The items are in good condition but sometimes a little more expensive than you might expect. The prices go down a little each month until the items sell or are taken off the sales floor. I've picked up some really neat decor and small kitchen appliances here over the years. They offer a short warranty on appliances so if you get home and your new crock pot doesn't work - they'll take it back. I've consigned items here before and it's a very easy process. You fill out a form with your information and agree to their pricing terms. They accept 12 items per person per day and decide the prices themselves. After 90 days they put most items on clearance and if you don't contact them to pick up your stuff and it doesn't sell, they donate the items. They offer online access to your account so you can see how many items you have for sale, how much they cost and how much you've made. If you don't use your credit or cash out within a 12 month period, you forfeit the money.
