I wouldn't trust them with a pebble let alone my money. I opened my account a few months ago and decided to deposit my settlement check. However a day after it CLEARED , my account was closed. No one called, emailed or anything. The only way I found out was when I routinely logged in to check my account. I was told otp I had to withdraw my funds and I had to do it privately with a teller. So after waiting for 15 minutes,I was rudely greeted by some red headed heathen that had an extremely nasty attitude. Every question or concern I had was met with an attitude that consisted of her rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth ,as if me asking her questions was irritating her when it came to MY MONEY. I asked for cash but for some of reason they didn't have the cash on hand which I believe not to be true and I was issued a cashiers check. The male security guard was the only pleasant experience. 0/10 wouldn't recommend!!!

But this week July 15,2021 they have a female teller with a pink scarf head wrap she's caucasian at the main front desk she needs to be investigated. I went in to make a simple deposit. She took more than 10 mins as she doing my transaction looking at the computer kept writing little notes down on paper more than 4 times. Are you writing down my social security number and log in? Are you trying to steal from me? I felt very uncomfortable with her. No one has ever done that. Her nice demeanor doesn't cover up her bad intentions.
