This place sucks , the staff are so overwhelmed it's pathetic and even though some have good…read moreintentions to help and assist , their beyond ineffective, negative attitudes and rigidity in outdated policy's, hinder and block growth , they treat you like your incompetent and hinder your progress, continuously throwing in your face your a drug addict and you desperately need treatment, even though they offer no real treatment and I've been clean and sober , my negative drug test results prove that , they give up on the very people they say they want to help by continuing to kick people out and return people to prison for stumbling and mistakes, it's so depressing here , even the staff quit or leave to places they can have a positive impact on people and do the job they love, this place treats you like your a child and not fully grown men , they become defensive and rigid , people are scared to speak out because there'll be retaliation, this place cares more about you signing your signature on they're group participation forms than they do the individual , your signature is how they get there finding , if you don't sign you will be punished , they put people on contracts for the stupidest and most trivial things which means your their slave on call to do any work when they snap their fingers, people are in mental prisons of anxiety, if you try to write some issue up they'll give you the wrong forms , make you do it again , or some how not do it !!!!!!!
I advise anyone looking to be helped and given individual treatment plans and assisted in reaching your goals , don't come here, you will be hindered, blocked , and depressed, you'll lose hope and confidence, this is a failed business don't come here
