This was confirmed with the VA and Chat GPT said the exact same thing. But Bix Home Kian insisted it was a 2nd or investment home and up's the rate so the APR was now over 6%. When I told them to cancel the loan, they said they lowered the rate back to the original rates they quoted but, they just added in additional fees that cranked the total loan to more than $12k over the payoff. This company is totally out to cheat you out of every single penny that they can. I would highly recommend shopping around and finding a better company!
