So, I sent them all the financial information I had to give. I talked to one of their salesmen about my intentions. And, they sent back an email saying they won't do a social security analysis unless I'm on track to give them my money. After that 180, I wouldn't give them any money, even if I wanted them to manage it. I wouldn't trust a Donald Trump to manage my retirement money. In my world, if you make a commitment to do a service for a person, saying up front it's a favor, you do it. You don't change your story when it looks like you might not make easy money on someone.

Our business with them was cancelled shortly thereafter and it turns out we saved at least $400 a year by doing so.

USAA had raised my premiums several times and become much less responsive and customer focused than it had been. Bryant's proposal for similar integrated insurance coverage saved me just over $2,000/year, which by itself was GREAT!!!! Over the past couple of years, I've reached out to him and his team several times. They have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and very capable in addressing all of my concerns and resolving any issues. (Sadly, I am not the easiest person to serve) Last month my car was hit by a US Foods semi parked in the middle of the turn lanes in downtown Provo. Apparently the driver did not see my car beside him (in the driving lane), and he pulled into it when the light turned green in front of my car. Bryant and his team provided some valuable assistance in navigating this situation. I highly recommend Bryant to other customers with high expectations who are also concerned about costs.

After the pandemic began, what started as a slow, arduous process suddenly turned into a full IRS lockdown on responsiveness. After several denial letters from the IRS, we just recently got our request approved. Furthermore, he also was successful in abating a $1200 penalty that we were going to have to pay because we filed our S-Corp request late.
