I had my cancer meds delivered there a few times when I would not be home to sign for them. The owner called me one day when my shipment had been delivered and informed me there was a charge for me to pick it up there. I apologized, saying I did not know. He continued to inform me that it is his private business and he need to make money to earn a living. He was very, very rude to me. I understand his side but did not know and he continued to be rude even after I apologized and told him I would pay. I will never do business with him again after the way I was treated.

Here's a company that has fallen badly…read more I had a package the merchant scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. I got notice from Fed Ex that it was going to be delivered on Tuesday. But, I was away until Thursday. I put a vacation hold on to schedule it for Thursday and all looked good. Tuesday I got a text notice that the delivery attempt had failed because no one was home. I called and was told that happens but that my hold was on for a Thursday delivery. Next their system showed attempted delivery at 5:22 AM on Wednesday but that no one answered the door. Unimpressed, I let that slide due to the previous day's phone call. Thursday the tracking showed it was out for delivery by the end of the day. I waited all day. By 8PM there was nothing so I called. The agent said it got to the facility late and didn't make it to the delivery truck but that it would go out on Friday. That contradicted every previous communication from FedEx about it. We'll see, but I can tell their tracking system needs a lot of work and even their agents can't tell what's going on. UPS can show me up to the minute where the truck is with my package. FedEx has no provision for Feedback so I turned to Yelp to provide it.
