Horrible. We booked a trivia night from this company for a 300-person event yesterday and it couldn't have been worse. The technology didn't work, the host did not know how to operate it, nor did he know the rules of the game. He expressed to me he was just an emcee that they hired last minute. The tech seemed so embarrassed that he disclosed that to me. Since he was an emcee and had no actual affiliation to the company, he kept flipping through answers by accident and didn't know how to operate the clicker, leader board or screens. Even worse, some of the questions did not even have the correct answers and were just flat out wrong! It was so incredibly embarrassing. The tech had the audacity to come up to me 30 minutes in and say we were over time for our 60 minute trivia night. I tried not to laugh- Are you kidding me? My understanding was that the equipment wasn't working and he was looking for an out. Embarrassing. Shameful. I expressed my disappointment at the end of the game. If I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would. They are cons- what they are selling is not what you will get. It is absolute robbery and they should truly be ashamed of themselves. read more

I had no idea about how to organize or setup a good trade show when I approached Interactive Entertainment Group. I knew I had to build traffic, but didn't have the slightest idea about what I had to do or how I could do it. Organizing events for launching new products is far from easy, but I am quite pleased with the efforts Interactive Entertainment Group placed at my event to make it memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. The casino tables were the main attraction during my event and Interactive Entertainment Group helped me set the entire theme of the event based on them. Not only did they provide the right equipment and furniture, they also helped me organize it. During the event, their organizers kept track of all tables and made sure that everything stayed in order. I wanted to keep everyone satisfied and this proved to be very easy. My gaming event was made perfect by the efforts of Interactive Entertainment Group. They had a huge variety of games, including carnival games and virtual reality games that kept my guests entertained at all times. Their virtual reality simulators were absolutely fascinating. Their racing simulators actually felt real. I spent most of my time in one of their racing simulators. The addition of photo booths and fortune telling machines made the event even more memorable. Just wanted to reach out and say thank you! The Giant iPhone had the interactive and modern tone we were looking to accomplish at our recent tradeshow booth. The twitter feed was incredible and having the option to play games like angry bird and candy crush added a fun element to sometimes monotonous tradeshows. I had no idea that Interactive Entertainment Group consisted of talented event planners. I had to launch my iPhone game and I was surprised by just how much they offered me for my launch event. I was given a giant iPhone which ran a demo of my game. I also had a bunch of other arcade games and gaming consoles placed at my event which were also given by Interactive.
