I originally booked because I saw a promotion on their website for around $200. Once I arrived, I was told they recommended a different product for me, which brought the price to around $400. I did agree to it, so I take responsibility for saying yes, but I definitely felt put on the spot and pressured to go with the more expensive option. I've had lip filler about four times at another clinic, so this wasn't my first experience. I normally get half a syringe at a time because I prefer building my lips gradually, and even with half a syringe, my previous results have been noticeable and lasted a long time. My experience here was completely different. I sat in the treatment room with numbing cream on for over an hour, to the point where I genuinely started wondering if they had forgotten I was in there. I normally don't mind waiting, but after waiting that long, the actual injection process felt like it took less than three minutes. The injector recommended focusing mostly on my upper lip, did only a few very quick injections, and then told me we were done. The entire procedure felt extremely rushed compared to my previous experiences. I've included photos with the timestamps visible because I want people to be able to see the timeline. I had my filler done on May 9. Look at my picture before May 9. Then, look at May 10 (they look swollen because it was the day after). Then, look at the last pic later in the month. You can barely tell I got filler! I completely understand that everyone's body is different and filler results can vary. I'm only speaking about my personal experience. However, I've had filler multiple times before, including half syringes, and I have never been this disappointed with my results or felt like they disappeared this quickly. I ended up paying around $400 instead of the approximately $200 promotion that originally brought me in, waited over an hour, felt like the actual procedure was extremely rushed, and ultimately was unhappy with the results. If you decide to come here, my biggest advice is to go in knowing exactly what you want, ask what your final price will be before agreeing to anything, and don't feel pressured to change your plan. Personally, I would rather make the two-hour drive back to my previous clinic than come here again.

There's parking in a private parking lot, as well as a nice waiting area to lounge until you're called. There's a kiosk available for sign-in, and the space has actually been newly reorganized so that check-in is at the entrance. Love that! As for the lasering. This is my first time ever doing laser, and it seems different technicians give different time frames. At first, I was told to give it about 4-6 sessions, and then other techs started saying 6-8 as I was nearing my 6th. Maybe they all have different ideas or training, but it felt a bit uneasy at first, and I wondered if they'd keep moving the number as I continued treatment. I saw major results after the very first session. It took a second, and at first I thought it couldn't have worked, until 3 weeks in, I just so happened to realize my girly girl was almost fully bald! Haha, I didn't even realize! Then of course, some started growing back in, but that was an awesome result for a first session. Now that I've done my 6th session, I can say that it's pretty great and thorough, but I do have 2 stubborn spots. The annoying thing is that they have you shave before you come in, so you can't accurately show them the exact stubborn spot. I do wish they'd let me come in as-is and shave THERE after they located the stubborn spots, since I am basically spot treating now. They do have the time for it, as your booked window is 15 minutes, and the treatment part isn't even 5 minutes. Everyone is super nice, and people are clean. FYI, they will not do the inner part if you're on your cycle. This happened for my first session. I waxed before, and every wax technician allowed a tampon. Since lasering is less hands-on, and gloves are used, I assumed I'd be good to go with a tampon. But nope! She only did the top part, which I believe is why the inner area is more stubborn, because technically I got 5 treatments for that part, unlike the other parts. There are patchy spots on the top part too, so I know that's not the sole reason some parts still need treatment, but still. Just be mindful of your cycle when booking! I'll be back for my 7th session in about a week. Hopefully I don't need monthly sessions after this one. We'll see! It's definitely great value when using classpass, so no complaints there from me!
