These people are typical staffing agency paper pushers. They get you in and do all the documentation and testing and interview which I completed on 10/20. They told me they would start me at Amazon on 11/2. A week later on 10/27 they call again and say my start date has been changed to 11/9. I think okay, no big deal. I go online and do some research and see they have a habit of stringing people along. And of course they did because they called me again on 11/1 to try to change my start date to 11/16. I asked why and of course they blamed it on Amazon not forecasting the jobs openings accurately. I said hey, you told me they would start me on 11/2. That's what we all three agreed on. Do you really think I can keep waiting around for you to start me? I told them to remove me from their agency call list and that they needed to change their name to something more appropriate.
Don't waste your time with these guys. They promise high pay and benefits but you will not start there when they say you will. This is a great example of why people are protesting on Wall Street right now. These guys don't give a damn about the American job seeking public and are out totally for themselves. If they do this to you, please take the time to report it to the Better Business Bureau. That's the best way to get someone to call them out for being liars and using people. read more
