One year later, March 2026 I signed back up with this agency because I'm in a career transition and they staff for the exact work that I was looking for. Apparently they liked my résumé because this time they got back to me and help me set up a profile. The associates name was Maggie. They invited me to interview for Robert have to be a partner Apparently she's their director for this location. Apparently i had a good first interview. She moved me to the next round of interviews with I guess the regional director Sandra I thought the interview went well until the end of the interview where she explicitly told me to stay stay in the Robert half ecosystem which told me they were not planning on hiring me for the position so two days later, I called the office around 4 PM to concur to Maggie about other positions that may have been available however they told me she was unavailable in a meeting and I left a voice message that never got returned so two weeks later I called back around 9 AM because I received an email saying that I was not selected and I wanted to feedback so that way I can move onto my next interviews with insight on where I went wrong however I was again redirected to her voicemail. Still no call back they completely ghosted me. Won't respond to my emails won't give feedback and I'm literally inquiring about other jobs that to through their app but can't progress forward because they keep dodging and not communicating. I would not use the staffing agency they look good on paper however, they don't seem to respect candidates time or effort, and they are not consistent with follow ups or opportunities. I don't feel I received any value from my experience or from my interviews with them.

I emailed them and communicated everything to the agency reps, and in return they put a red flag on my name in their system. Now I can't get any other jobs through Robert Half (even though they still constantly send them to my email), among other issues that have come up due to this. Worst experience with a temp agency I've ever had.
