I emailed the agency and communicated everything to the agency reps, and in return they put a red flag on my name in their system. Now I can't get any other jobs through Robert Half (even though they still constantly send them to my email), among other issues that have come up due to this. Worst experience with a temp agency I've ever had.

At first I was hesitant because she looked and acted drunk but I needed a job. So I came into the office and brought in all my stuff but I came at 12 and told me nobody was able to accept me and if I can come back in one hour, I asked if I can wait inside and they said yes. I waited and I saw three latinas in the front just talking in Spanish, if they had so much free time maybe they could have just attended to me. Finally I was sent out back and there was about 5 of the recruiters out back!!! It's like they were waiting for me to just walk out so they wouldn't have to do their job!!! like hello you get paid for this!!! This is ridiculous!!! They didn't have anything available which is crazy because I saw their white board and it said something along the lines like "5 Spanish speaking woman" that's discrimination.. so I can't work there because I can't speak Spanish!! And men can't work for that same position?? The AUDACITY this fucking agency has!!! THE WORST PLACE EVER!!
