In the middle of our 10,000 mile RV trip across country, we found ourselves in Ocoee on a Saturday…read moreevening in our 42 foot fifth wheel. When we pulled in, we discovered that one of our slide outs was sitting askew and was partly off of its track. Definitely not right and a huge worry! Putting the slide out and then back in did not fix it. It was almost 6 o'clock, and we didn't have much hope of getting help that same night, but we quickly jumped online and that's when I found East to West Mobile RV Services. We called and reached Freddy who answered immediately. He is just a super awesome very friendly guy and got there in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in his extremely well organized work truck with every tool known to man. We felt like he could fix anything! (and he did!) Freddy spent well over an hour and a half with us. He not only fixed our slide and was very knowledgeable about how it worked and explained it all to us, but he fixed several other little nagging problems that we had not yet gotten around to. He did it all with a smile on his face and we had a lot of laughs talking with him. He's truly a wonderful guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. We felt very lucky to have found him. His prices are also amazingly fair. Thank you so so much, Freddy! It was awesome meeting you and if we are ever down here in Ocoee again and need help YOU will be the one that we call. You are a gem! Thanks again so very much! I'm not a mechanic but my truck wasnt turning on and I knew something was wrong with the breaks…read more When I towed it to get it serviced; they failed to give me a correct estimate until week 2 of waiting it was $500 then it was $1,800... I needed to get it fixed that's it. So I agreed. And when they return the truck to me, it doesn't turn on. One of the mechanics does a little trick and pushes it and started and says hopefully you can get to the gas station. And while I'm driving, the truck is jumping because the engine light is on. They did not do a full diagnosis for this truck to be functioning. Now it's sitting in my garage not drivable. All I wanted the mechanics to do is make the truck safe and workable. They didn't complete the task. They didn't run a proper diagnosis and they delayed for weeks. I am disappointed paying all this money for it to have more work on it done.
