Terrible Company. Stay Away Unprofessional Service…read moreI cannot recommend this roofing company based on my experience. While I have worked with many roofing contractors in my previous profession, this company stood out for all the wrong reasons and I think very worst. After storm damage to my property, Ian responded promptly and appeared knowledgeable and eager to help. He came referred by my insurance agent, which gave me confidence in moving forward. Ian convinced me to decline other contractors who were actively seeking my business, assuring me he would handle the entire process from insurance claim to completion. It was a very big storm with an enormous amount of damage so roofers and contractors were knocking on your door my door almost constantly but I put trust in Ian so I turned them all away. Foolish on my part. However, Ian and the company failed to follow through on their commitments. Ian repeatedly told me he was nearly finished with the claim documentation and would soon contact my insurance company as my chosen contractor. These assurances continued for weeks without any actual progress or meaningful updates. Eventually, all communication ceased entirely. Ian stopped responding to calls and messages, leaving me without any explanation or resolution. The most concerning aspect was the apparent lack of business ethics. Taking on a project, convincing a homeowner to turn away other contractors, and then abandoning the commitment without notice is extremely unprofessional conduct. I ultimately had to start over with a different contractor. I htink a storm chaser would have done a better job. Even a rattlesnake would have provided more benefit. The leading on and eventual ghosting created unnecessary delays and complications in getting my storm damage properly addressed. Based on this experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere for roofing services. There are many contractors who will honor their commitments and maintain professional communication throughout the process.
