Integrity Roofing is by far the "BEST" roofing company that I have ever encountered. They came into our neighborhood and installed well over 30 roofs, our's being one of those roofs. They kept the job site at every job super clean. I also noticed that everyday all of the workers wore matching shirts and kept their shirts on. Every job that we watched them install was nothing short of amazing. Thanks Integrity Roofing and Dewayne and Crew for bringing back true customer service to our neighborhood. read more

This guy is trouble with a capital "T"!!! Run don't walk if he comes to give you an estimate. He…read moregave us a reasonable estimate so we hired him. Then he wanted money up front to buy supplies. He spent that money on personal expenses and then didn't have the money to buy the supplies to do our job. On the Monday he was due to start our job, after having given him $1,500 on Saturday, he didn't show up. Tuesday rolls around, still a no show. He won't answer text messages or phone calls. When prior to giving him the money he always answered. I had to call his girlfriend on the phone, which I really hated to do, and threaten to have her arrested for theft to get him to return my call. He did show up on Wednesday. He worked for about 4 hours - just long enough to pressure wash our house. He worked Thursday for about 3 to 4 hours. He didn't show on Friday. On Monday he started asking for more money. This was after working less than 8 hours. We ended up giving him another $1,500. He showed up with a few pieces of the worst looking lumber that I've ever seen to put on an $800,000 house. After that he worked Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday each day for 3 to 4 hours - no more but made sure to ask for $1,000 more after we had just given him $1,500 on Monday. After Wednesday, We came in to see the work he had done. It look like someone had worked on our house that had no idea what construction work was. The next day, he didn't bother showing up and I couldn't have been happier. That gave me the opportunity to call him and tell him that we would no longer be needing him at our home. We hire Estes Exteriors to come in and fix the mess he had made and finish what he didn't mess up! We found this fine workmanship that Anthony White had left at our house (this is just one of the examples.) Save yourself a lot of time and money and find another repairman.

Did not even know what kind of wood the floor was, so he left to get supplies and came back with a spray can of sealer. The floor did look a little better when he got done but was not fixed. On top of that he parks in the garage the first time and at the front door the second and third time he came back, and his truck is leaking fluids, so now we have grease spots on the concrete that we will have to get pressure washed. I work for a local company and hired him for this job, paid him more than what he quoted me and will never refer this man for anything!!!! Now he will not return my calls or text!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

In our search for the right team to handle the flooring and install of our new sofa, we were pointed toward Daniel, Haley, and the crew at MS RV Solutions. Not being familiar with the ins and outs of scheduling in Red Bay, we originally asked them back in June to book us for flooring and furniture installation in September. We agreed on September 29th, but as often happens with remodel projects, our timeline shifted dramatically and I had to ask Daniel for some flexibility--during a month when they're usually booked solid. To our surprise (and gratitude), Daniel and Haley didn't just accommodate us--they moved things around and got our coach in today, September 5th. Their team took the 12x18' roll of carpet I hauled all the way from California in the basement of my coach, spread it, cut it, bound it, and installed it on the slides, around the base of the bed, and on the steps. They even turned the remnants into a perfectly bound entry rug. And they did all of this in just one day! They've treated our coach like it was their own. The craftsmanship was excellent, the turnaround time unbelievable, and the customer service outstanding. We'll be back on the 29th for the new sofa install, and I couldn't be more confident that it will be handled just as well. If you're looking for a team that's skilled, flexible, and truly customer-focused, MS RV Solutions is the one to call!
