He spent that money on personal expenses and then didn't have the money to buy the supplies to do our job. On the Monday he was due to start our job, after having given him $1,500 on Saturday, he didn't show up. Tuesday rolls around, still a no show. He won't answer text messages or phone calls. When prior to giving him the money he always answered. I had to call his girlfriend on the phone, which I really hated to do, and threaten to have her arrested for theft to get him to return my call. He did show up on Wednesday. He worked for about 4 hours - just long enough to pressure wash our house. He worked Thursday for about 3 to 4 hours. He didn't show on Friday. On Monday he started asking for more money. This was after working less than 8 hours. We ended up giving him another $1,500. He showed up with a few pieces of the worst looking lumber that I've ever seen to put on an $800,000 house. After that he worked Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday each day for 3 to 4 hours - no more but made sure to ask for $1,000 more after we had just given him $1,500 on Monday. After Wednesday, We came in to see the work he had done. It look like someone had worked on our house that had no idea what construction work was. The next day, he didn't bother showing up and I couldn't have been happier. That gave me the opportunity to call him and tell him that we would no longer be needing him at our home. We hire Estes Exteriors to come in and fix the mess he had made and finish what he didn't mess up! We found this fine workmanship that Anthony White had left at our house (this is just one of the examples.) Save yourself a lot of time and money and find another repairman.

We had other local companies come out and either offer a costly solution that didn't seem to address the issue or they would say nothing was wrong. No one actually took the time to examine the issues and were more interested in who our insurance company was. EP Roofing came out promptly, checked everything out, showed us what was wrong and gave us solutions. The shingles on part of the roof had been put on improperly( not overlapping the edge of the roof) and water was dripping into the trim causing leaks in the house. They fixed the problem in one day replacing a lot of shingles and rotted wood. We get strong winds from the back that tend to lift up the shingles and poor installation had made this much worse, so they put in better materials and a metal strip to keep water out of the trim. Very affordable and we are painting the trim ourselves to save more money. We trust EP Roofing and very highly recommend them!
