Garrison McKinney Tree and Bridge Service did an excellent job. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We called two other companies about a huge tree in the front yard. The first was a no show and the second came out said they would call back with a quote but we never heard from them again. We saw a Garrison McKinney Tree and Bridge Service commercial on WTVA. We called Garrison McKinney and asked for a quote. Brian came out and provided a quote the same day. We agreed on a date but because of the weather they asked if they could come a day earlier. They were on time and very courteous when they arrived. The entire crew was friendly and professional. I was familiar with one of the crew members, he said the owner, Chase has been doing this for a long time and he is the best. His reassurance made be feel a lot better. Chase, using what looked like a huge game controller, cut the tree down with such precision, he put on quite a show. The clean up crew arrived a little later in the day. Dalton and Ashton were very friendly and made sure every branch, twig, and leaf was removed. They said yes ma'am, you really don't hear that from young people these days. There was a small pile of branches behind a shed they did not see. After I told them they were very apologetic and assured me they would be back by 7:30 am the next day. Never have I ever, seen such unprofessionalism than from this company that is representing themselves here in Tampa FL as "disaster relief". Came home from working to our entire street blocked and saw we had PILES of tree debris, in our front yard, and not the neighbors where they were working at, even though they had all the room on their own yard. When my partner got out since they had a block sign it front of our mail box to see what was going on. One of the workers with a billow of a red mustache decided to tell him that "they were disaster relief, and could do whatever they want and just have to deal with it" and shoved him. Mind you along with this there were at three of the workers trucks in our front yard, which has sewer and fiberoptic lines. The next day they came back and thought they were cute by piling tree roots on top on the leave debris, making it even more of a struggle for the city to pick up and to boot we now have a broken side walk. I am not sure how you do business in Mississippi and it might be acceptable there. But here in FL, it is not. SHAME ON YOU read more

These low life storm chasers are taking advantage of me and my insurance for 3 1/2 hours of work attempting to go after almost $30,000 from my insurance company as well as several of my neighbors when a tornado came thru my town last month. This is a SCAM COMPANY!!! Do not do business with them!! read more

I haven't used a tree service before, I have heard about good work and am going to go see him personally today. I have two very large pine trees beside a lady's house. From what I have heard he is very good . So ,I will give it try. More review when they are through. read more

Nolan was very professional to work with. Came out and assessed our tree to be taken down. It was a large pine tree, in the power lines, along the street. He talked to the county about the permits and pointed me in the right direction. They came out promptly after the permit was approved and did the work, cleaned everything up, all in a timely manner. Didn't require money up front to get started, which I always feel is the sign of a good business. Highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again for future tree trimming or removal needs. read more
