This company should be called LACK of Integrity Pools. I scheduled my pool opening weeks ago and made clear that I could not have it opened in the morning due to other work being done in my yard. I was scheduled for sometime after 3 PM on Friday, April 17, but when their staff was walking into my backyard at 8:30 am, I got a text message from the scheduler who said she needed to move me to first thing in the morning. I told the lead guy that this was not scheduled for the morning and he told me to "F*** off!" They left my pool partially opened and then called me a "dumb tw*t", an A**hole, a c*nt, and a host of other derogatory words for female genitalia and women in general. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on the outrageous behavior of their employee and the lack of any professional behavior. Absolutely disgusting. read more

I never had a pool installed from here. I go here for the chemicals and to get my water tested and to pick up skimmers and other pool supplies. First year pool experience great... 2nd year after opening noticed gaps developing inside our pool from the concrete coping lifting off the pool... Contacted "Integrity" they blamed our pavers for the lifting of the concrete... Had 4 different companies come and inspect stating they did not backfill the concrete properly. Do yourself a favor and pick another company. Not only will you save yourself A LOT of money but aggravation as well. Rich is all nice while he is trying to get you into contract. He makes promises he DOES NOT keep. Any price he gives you TRIPLE IT if not more. Very dishonest and IS NOT a man of his word even though he uses "integrity" quiet frequently in conversation. Make sure you are checking your permits or better off if you pick his company file for all the permits yourself as he DOES NOT add all the work being done to the permit. He scams you and has you waiting until final inspection time comes around and they start failing you for all the things he did not put on the permit that you originally paid for in the beginning. The entire process his answer is " that wasn't included in the work" nothing is included when it comes down to it other than the shell of the pool itself. Anything that is included is cheap material and your better off without. He is unreasonable when it comes to having a conversation with him about things he told you would be done and then suddenly he goes against his word. I advise any homeowner DO NOT use Integrity Pools. Integrity Pools did not complete the installation of our pool according to the permits and plans submitted to our Township. Let's start at the beginning, my husband and I were the project managers the entire time our pool was being installed. We had to write out separate checks (not included in original cost estimate). We had to schedule every detail with their "different" subcontractors. Then in the end, Integrity Pools only did a Backfill and not a Final Grade. My husband called for the Final Grade and Rich the owner said he was more than two weeks out and he wanted to charge us more $$$$. Which means we could not get our Final Survey or close out our Pool Permit. In the end, all we were requesting was to finish the job! According to the Engineer it was not built according to plan if Final Grading was not done by Integrity Pools. We have a pile of dirt that needs to be spread back around the pool in order for the Surveyor to be able to shoot the elevations and show the pool was built according to the plans submitted to the Township. When we called to speak with Rich at Integrity Pools he told us to hire a landscaper. However, we can't do this or put another permit in to finish our backyard until Integrity Pools completes their work so we can CLOSE OUT THE POOL PERMIT. Again, we were only asking for them to FINISH THE JOB we paid them for according to our contract. Furthermore, when we called Integrity's Surveyor they said Final As-built is not included in the original contract price. More surprises! Be prepared to shell out more money $$$$ not shown on the original contract. Which means additional money on top of having to hire a landscaper to finish the job Integrity Pools should have finished....if they had integrity. Finally, when we were contacting Integrity Pools the owner Rich and his son were extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially, if you are a woman, be prepared to have them ask to speak with your husband and not you. You will read in other reviews that Integrity Pools has a tendency to talk down to women. My advice, if you get another pool company and the price is more than Integrity Pools go with that company. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Finally, save yourself the aggravation and use a company that is professional and will finish out the job. DO NOT USE INTEGRITY POOLS! read more

I give you constructive criticism and you want to tell me that you don't appreciate it? I couldn't care less what you don't appreciate after what you pulled with us. I asked you to do a specific thing and I expected you to do the specific thing, nothing more nothing less. If I have to double check the quotes you send, that would mean I don't trust you. The other manager trusts that when you send her a quote for approval, what is on that quote it's what I asked you to do. You have broken that trust. I never asked you to replace any shut-off valves. It takes weeks to get you to schedule us, then it takes months after that for you to repair what I already told you needed to be fixed. But you sure are pretty quick to respond when you're criticized. You seem not to be able to handle constructive criticism. It's all true and if you deal with enough people that actually know what they are talking about and know how to run a business, they will tell you the same thing I am. You schedule a day with us and then you don't show up on that day, you don't communicate any rescheduling and then you just randomly show up whenever. I'm not sure if you are used to servicing systems for people who are knowledgeable and capable with pool and spa systems. Perhaps you're used to naive customers that just go with whatever you tell them to. I hire you to do work on my pool and spa systems because my time is spread thin, not because I don't know how to do the work. Shelly is a real pain to deal with. So this is my second review for Integrity. Our hot tub is now 16 months old and the #2 pump stopped working completely. After our last poor review I was concerned what type of service we could expect. But this was a warranty issue so we didn't have a choice. Rich was alot easier to deal with this time. They sent the service crew to diagnose the problem. They ordered a new pump and sent there service crew in a timely manner to replaced the pump no charge under the warranty. I purchased spa from Integrity( I now know their name is a misnomer) a year ago. Paid them in full when purchased. They did not have to wait for their money. Within 6mns the heater element went and was replaced. About 8months later the element went again. This time it was out of warranty and they would only pay for the part. It's been over three months waiting for the refund. Once they have your money they just keep putting you off. We moved into a new house that had an above ground pool so I called them in September to have someone come close it for us. They insisted on giving me instructions over the phone and wouldn't send someone after calling twice. I gave them one more shot a few days ago because there is a problem with our filter. I called and said I needed to make an appointment and after being put on hold twice, a different person picked up the 3rd time and I had to explain everything again. I was told they don't know when they can get someone out to me and would call me back. Haven't heard from them since. read more

Terrible people and policies. Just bought a $25 item from there 2 days ago and tried to return it today. No receipt but showed the transaction on my bank app. Lady says she doesn't know for sure it was from there. Then I remind her of the conversation I had with her about my salt system and she says " oh yea, the guy with the cheap salt system." Then still refused to refund. this is not a negative review..it is just the truth. dont be too excited to sign, before asking alot of questions. rich is a salesman and a general contractor, everyone who works at your home is a subcontractor, not an employee. the guy who excavated the pool has a different pool company name on his truck. listen very carefully to the fast talk, and read the whole contract before signing it. then re read it after you calm down. rich will call you everyday, and keep you informed...then... after you pay for your pool..extra digging (for ground water) $1200, electrician $400 ( for hook up not extras), plumber for heater hook up, piping, and permit for same $2000 all extra. final grade of area around pool run over a few times with a bobcat. " we dont rake you need to hire a landscaper ..." to clean up the mess, + $2500. brand new pool full of sand and dirt, " yea, thats normal, most of the time its worse than that." fence $5000, no fault just extra $$$. bring in a water sample=come in and buy my chemicals and i'll give you a blow up tube...no shame. if you question anything, mr hyde will appear. im just telling it how it happened, i could have been a little better informed, i will take 50 percent of the blame for not listening carefully and re reading the contract slowly, but as i wrote it is spot on how it happens. dont forget to add in the extra costs. final product is a beautiful pool, just add 12k to the pool price and you wont be surprised. read more

Update, Repairmen finally came out to repair problem, since pool is closed wont know if the problem is solved until spring.

Before you decided to hand over thousands of dollars to a pool builder please do your research. We had three pool builders come to our home and and speak to us about installing a pool. Integrity Pools was the only pool builder who knew it all. He walked through our property and looked over the land. He pointed out things that we did not even consider like the property grade and what needed to be done to keep water pitched away from our home. The owner never tried to sell to us. Integrrity Pools also gives you the best products when building your pool. There is no upgrading needed because you are already getting the best. I also want to say from the day of the first dig the owner Rich was there every step of the way. The pool was up in 2 days. He has a talented crew that works for him. The installation was smooth. We could not be happier. We have enjoyed our pool since Memorial Day. This pool company has received the most highest awards for it's customer service. This family run business is truly a gem to have in Lanoka Harbor. I usually take water samples there weekly to check water status they do it for free . A pool is a commitment . You must keep up with it to keep things running smoothly. If you choose Integerity Pools you will have a pool for life. This company cares about it's customers. The pool chemicals he sells are top of the line . If you get a pool and spend thousands of dollars , then go to Walmart and buy pool products to put in it, you might as well through your money out the window. Remember you only get what you pay for. Next year I plan on having Integerity Pools install a hot tub. Can't wait!!!!! I also forgot to mention when we were in the store the other day buying our beautiful safety cover to be installed by Integerity Pools I asked the owner "so about how many pools have you installed this summer so far?" We had our pool put in 2013. They made a huge disaster out of our yard, front and back and would not do anything about it. They were extremely rude, and said basically that is was our problem. This was very frustrating, but the pool itself looked nice, so we bit the bullet and put lots of $$$ into fixing the mess. Well, by the end of the season, there were a few sink holes in the bottom of our pool where the concrete settled and cracked. We called, and Integrity was nice enough, gave us a date to come fix the problem. The pool had to be emptied, the liner pulled down and the concrete patched. After it was patched, we had to refill the pool and listen to a huge fan for 2 days. No compensation at all for our inconvenience, but they did fix the problem....Until the next year, when we opened our pool and it had happened again. They promised to fix it at the end of the season...so again we had to empty our pool, etc, etc.....again NO COMPENSATION, not even an offer to close or open our pool or even a cut price. To top things off, the light in our pool had somehow overheated and caused the plastic lense over it to melt. Integrity said it wasn't under warranty any more and we had to pay for a new light, labor for electrician, etc. To us it meant that we received a faulty light. The owner argued intensely with my husband over the phone, and finally decided to give us the light at cost...whoopie-and it was double cost when we looked the part up on line later. Well, we just opened our pool and AGAIN there are huge sink holes where the ground settled and the concrete cracked. I can't believe we will again have to empty and refill our pool-so far every single year...and they don't seem to care in the least. If you want to keep customers when there are problems, you should at least compensate them in some way for all of the inconveniences that their poor workmanship caused. We waited to write a poor review out of consideration, but after again seeing sink holes, we needed to warn you consumers. Don't do business with this company. This is by far the worst pool service company I have ever dealt with. I have an above ground pool that needed to be opened. I called and asked for pricing on opening up my pool. Keep in mind I have had pools in the past and opening them usually cost about $200, which included taking off the cover, putting the ladders in, and shocking the pool as needed. Also if any of the equipment needed to open the pool was not in working order I would receive a call from the pool technician asking if I wished to replace or fix the needed part. When I called Integrity pool (they should change their name to NO Integrity Pools), the young lady told me it would be $150 to open my pool and they could come out the next day. I scheduled the appointment and when I arrived home after a long day at the office I found a note from the pool technician saying that the filter band is broken and needs to be replaced. Also on the work order/receipt was a note saying "water level needs to be raised, and pool opening is COMPLETE." All these idiots did was take my cover off and dump all the debris and leaves that was on the cover into the pool. They put NO chemicals into the pool and never called me asking if I wanted to replace the part so I could indeed open my pool as I had originally requested. Needless to say I spent my entire weekend opening my pool on my own. I did go to the store and attempted to speak with Marc and rectify the situation. What a mistake that was, the level of customer service and integrity is non existent. In simple english this company sucks, stay away from Integrity pools. In essence these idiots charged me $150 to take my cover off and dump the debris and leaves into my pool. I hope your are doing your research and reading these post. reading them sounded all to familiar!!! I had put the pool in 5 years ago and they dug into the ground and broke my well water pipe coming into the house and buried it back up. so the water is not working and I don't know why, thank goodness my brother found the problem and fixed it out of my pocket cause integerty pool would not fix it or give any cash. we had a discussion of what was expected before the install and like the other reviews said they tore the yard up with the tractor and did not flatten any of there mess up. when I had called I was cursed off by the owner and he told me they never heard of anyone complaining about this. now it is 5 years later and I figure they put the pool in I will let them open it this year for the liner tucks and all. I normally do it myself cause I am cheap. what a mistake getting them back here. they were late so I called to make sure they were coming and the owner gave me an attitude. hey buddy I just want to make sure they are coming since I took of work and all. well they were here 30 min. they took off the cover all wet and put it in the bag. sounds like it will be full of mildew. so I had to pull that out to dry. they put the pump together and somehow broke the control panel and told me it would be 6-800 to fix. then they were out as fast as they came. I should have read into it more. I was expecting the pool to be completely opened for my party next week. I saved for them to do this cause my list was long enough plus they tuck the liner back in. well no more party. thanks guys. they said when I finish opening the pool and get it running they will come back and tuck the liner in and the pool is clean. I cant wait to get cursed off again trying to get them back out. now that the filter is inop. my wife called the number in the stingle case and they said that the sensor must have gotten all wet from integrity people which is causing the pump to not operate and it is an easy fix. the pool guy has been working there a long time and could not figure that out. I am not a pool guy and im the one fixing it. thought it was $6-800 to fix. baloney!! maybe I should be a pool guy. what I learned in a couple hours and phone calls these guys cant figure it out doing it everyday. makes me sick that I handed over $220 for a headache and extra work on my part. please people read these comments before you make any choices. the owner is the greatest guy and talk you into buying anything but when you hand the money over it is all your problem and he don't want to hear it and no more mr. nice guy.
