I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

I have had 3 different procedures and I can't think of one thing to complain about. I highly recommend Dr Bowden and his PA Sean. Their office staff are so sweet and helpful. In fact I have recommended them to several friends after a friend recommended them to me. I appreciate the caring and compassion the whole team has provided to me. Tory is especially helpful and always returns my calls when I have questions about an upcoming procedure.

I saw Christine a pa I think then my doctor comes in a does trigger points which is what I expected bc when he did the epidural injections I told him my follow up was fine for triggers even asking if J have to schedule it so appt on 5/12/26 and I went in expecting to get them to be told no which zi cried bc my back is hell when my muscles are this tight and covered in knots saying he did it hem when he did epidural injections which no he didn't. I would have known feeling them in my muscle and I would not be in the pain I am in now. They are the only relief I get. He didn't come in to check my muscle just no. If the and is check it will show I'm right but didn't matter. Christine pushed me out like I didn't matter and left me with very tight muscles shoulders neck shoulders blades covered in knots. U wouldn't be like this if they were done 2 werks ago nor would I come in expecting them.Epidural injections are shit didn't g but cause these issues and since I was crying I was pushed out only concern was drug testing and med refills. She didn't ask why I feel the epidural injections didn't work nothing just left in fucking pain and had me rescheduled for 3 weeks without additional pain meds bc I go theough them kine candy bc this pain goes into my head and I'm chained to a desk 65 hours a week. Instead of listening they weren't done forced me to be hell for 3 weeks. My doctor normally listens and nope. Mistakes are made. If he did them one I would have felt them and 2 my back wouldn't be so bad. It was also a follow up spot another 100 dollar co pay and she didn't ask about why I said they didn't work. Didn't discuss doing them agin but bc I was in tears in pain she pushed me out the door to get scheduled in 3 weeks so I'm left in this pain for 3 weeks and have to work one the phones. When this bad caused migraines. Triggers are my relief. I hate opioids.if he did them. If he did do trigger points I wouldn't have come to the appt expecting them if they were done. I have been getting these for over 12 years and never missed an appt and need them but left to be in pain. I'm sorry but this isn't ok. If the audio was reviewed from that day it would show I'm correct. I'm sorry about posting a bad review but no one deserves to be left in tears and not listened to. I also paid a 100 copay for this appt as well for nothing. I expect paying it if injections were done but nope so now I have to another copay inn3 weeks of 100. 300 in 7 weeks is a lot of money I don't reason I go 2 months between injections. I thought only the 109 was all I had to pay 100 for follow nor nothing to be done. I was suppose to be called prior to spot to go over cost but of course wasn't and it took 7calls to schedule the follow up appt which is wvwrytime which huge incovience but I deal with it. Told to call in 2 weeks o I do then to to call on a certain date so I do but order for triggers not put into have to calm back in sorry for this review but no ok to not listen to patient and leave them in pain and another copay 30" inn7 weeks I don't have. Not the best placed if you want pain relief and to be listened to. In over 12 years first time I cried like J did and wasn't listened to and the fu wasn't a fu bc nothing wasn't discussed about epidural injection. I hope this review will open eyes and the audio to show I am correct and patients will listen and the doctor also to come in room and check. Long time patient I k ow how it works and if I was given them I would expect them at the spot. Mistakes are made and that fine but I go to the doctor to help with pain relief not be pushed out and left in pain that runs into my head with enough meds to help.

The first available appointment was scheduled almost 2 months out since they indicated only two offices perform this type of testing and they had nothing sooner. Three weeks before the appointment, we received a phone call that the Phoenix office equipment was inoperable, and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. The next available appointment was scheduled a week out indicating the Mesa office almost an hour from us does have an opening. We took it so we can get the information needed and have it available for the doctor to review by the next doctor's appointment. We drive an hour to the Mesa office on the day of the appointment and arrived early and waited for the office to open. The office doors opened slightly before 7:30. When we walked in to check in, we were advised the appointment had been made in error and that it was cancelled. I attempted to explain how my husband has a brain clot that is worsening and asked for anything available. The woman at the desk indicated we would have to call to reschedule. I told her we drove an hour to be there. She said she drove an hour to get to work. She gets paid to be there. We got nothing. We will not be allowing them a 3rd attempt to make things right since they could care less about the patient or the patient experience and apparently have too much business that they have no appointments for months out. They could have messaged us Friday to save us the trouble of driving an hour for no reason. They did not. His appointment was scheduled for 9th at 7:30. After we arrived back home on the 9th a text was received at 8:17 indicating the appointment was cancelled. If a patient is late, they could be charged a no-show fee. What are the consequences for them not delivering timely service? What can be done to hold them accountable? I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEURODIAGNOSTICS LABS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I was a patient here for approximately ten years before the practice broke up. I had a different…read moredoctor and two previous physician assistants prior to the break up. Dr Boyaji took over the Mesa office and that's where I chose to stay due to the location. He is a kind, caring and very smart doctor. The physician assistant whom took over care wasn't as thorough as the previous one, taking just a minute or two for a telehealth visit. My problem began around October 2024 or thereabout as pharmacies were beginning to have problems filling pain prescriptions. This office will not allow you to fill before your very last day and mine always fell on a Thursday. Couldn't call the pharmacy till Thursday to find they didn't have my drug available! Then it was up to me to call pharmacies to find where it was available. This office closed early on Friday so if you couldn't find the drug, you have none till usually Tuesday and as a pain patient, this is unacceptable. It happened 4 months in a row either the RX was sent to the wrong pharmacy, sent to the right pharmacy with the wrong amount of days, ten instead of 30 and it was just a mess. I finally asked to speak to the office manager who then told me to find a new doctor! She said they had other patients and weren't sitting there waiting for me to call with my issues or they weren't going to call my pharmacy to see what other medications they could prescribe instead. How's that for helping a long time patient? Half their staff left during 2024, three of them confided in me it was due to this office manager. After years of being a dedicated patient, I couldn't believe I was being told to walk. Oh, and in December, the doctor had a Telephone call appointment with me and he too was upset with me saying I had bothered his staff. I have no clue what was put in the notes but when you take pain meds twice a day then run out from Thursday through Tuesday, you too would be upset. I felt like nobody cared about me, although I tried to keep my cool yet still be firm in my calls. This all said, the doctor is still a VERY good doctor. He needs to do something abt his office manager because I have seen reviews elsewhere that I'm not the only patient she told to leave! She is losing his patients for him.

I have been to 4 other PT clinics through the years, but Foothills on north Power and Brown stands out as the best in my experience. Amazing group of professionals First, the initial consultation/assessment is extremely well done- Doug had prepared for my first appointment by knowing my current situation, had reviewed my xray and images ahead of time and got right to the assessment. Doug's in-depth knowledge of how to treat my joints, muscles, tissue and major spinal hardware and the interconnections with my knees, hips and back following my recent back surgery was impressive to say the least. He comes up with a personalized action plan and we jump right in and get to work. The staff was/is amazing - showing how to do exercises, walking me through the ways to protect my current physical limitations while also motivating me to feel my body 's reactions to the exercises. The variety of treatments (love the warming up with heat blankets/pads!), needling, compresses, stretches and exercises shows that this is not your typical Physical Therapy Clinic! Office Staff, Therapist staff, Doug -- all an extraordinary group of professionals working together to get my aches and pains on the way to recovery. Thank you all at Foothills Sports Medicine for helping me feel at ease (I'm not overly sport/exercise savvy!) and getting me on my way to hopefully being pain free and more active following some significant surgeries. Great place!
