I never even received a Dr's report from that appointment. I'm guessing because the Dr didn't want to put in writing what never took place. My PC goes over everything and makes sure you're well taken care of. They even give you a summary of your visit with all tests results, vitals and everything that was discussed with your PC. They provide free transportation to and from the office if you have no way of getting there or don't feel like driving. They always make a follow up call to see how you're doing after your visit. They also have a 24/7 hotline if you need a Dr after hours or have questions. I've never been treated so well at a Dr office in my entire life. I would recommend OSH over Desert Ridge any day of the week.

Dr Natasha takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. She is kind and has a sense of humor. The lab is amazing. The phlebotomist does the most painless blood draws I've ever experienced and results come back quickly. Dr Natasha also explains lab results through the messaging app which is much faster and more pleasant than other offices that take a "no news is good news approach." Also, the app is great. I've used it a couple of times and it has saved me some visits to urgent care.

He is involved in his practice, I am surprised when I call sometimes and he answers the phone. He reads your medical history and any reports from other doctors you see and explains things to you. He goes over my blood tests in depth with me so I understand them. The only downsides are that he's about an hour drive each way for me and the wait can sometimes be long because he is giving his other patients the time and care that you will receive when it's your turn. I can't say enough about what a good, kind, caring doctor he is! Highly recommend!
