A great branch of a great bank…read more I've been using banks for decades for both personal and business accounts, with these past relationships being based in simple commerce - I pay the bank for services and they give me the services in return. I tended to pick my banks without much real thought since my needs were simple. Recently, I decided to pick a new bank with a more personal style. Trustco on Lee Road is where I went, and I'm super glad that I did. Turns out everyone in the branch, including the occasional floater teller, is really nice, service is fast, and the people are happy. No lines, they know me and my typical transactions, and the Manager (Tiffany) always has a big smile every day. They're still a bank, so it's not like they have their feet up watching Mr. Ed on TV all day, but the branch does a nice job of delivering a precise technical product (banking) in a pleasant congenial manner.
