Four Corners Inspections did a great job finding lots of little items wrong with my half-way built…read morenew home in Frisco. The home builder, a reputable one at that, told me it wasn't necessary to hire my own inspector, as the city would would be doing its own inspections. As Bryan told me, "of course they don't want you hiring a home inspector." Sure enough, Bryan found lots of deficiencies-- none significant, fortunately-- in the builder's work. Bryan also educated me on new home builds, "A house is only as good as the actual guys building it." I learned a lot after he was done, as he walked through the entire house with me, showing all of his discoveries. He photographs with his digital camera every single discrepancy, and those pics end up in his final report (which he emailed me that same evening). You won't be disappointed hiring Bryan.
