Alexandria came out to give us the estimate, took precise measurements, and really helped us dial in exactly what we wanted. She walked us through two vinyl fence options, and we ultimately chose the commercial grade vinyl, and I'm so glad we did. Josh and his crew fabricate their own custom vinyl fencing. I've seen a lot of vinyl fences over the years, and Integrity Fence is superior by far in both quality and craftsmanship. We had a two-rail ranch-style perimeter fence installed in the front yard and a 6-foot privacy fence in the backyard with two gates. The self closing hardware is excellent, and the vinyl itself feels incredibly durable and well built. Josh and his team went the extra mile. He custom made vinyl rails to perfectly fill a gap between existing fences. That level of care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Josh and his guys put in a Duramax vinyl fence around our property in late 2020. We needed a single gate and a double gate. Then fence and the single gate have done very well over the almost 5 years but it seems the double gate was too heavy and needed to be strengthened. Back in April of 2023, I shopped around and got several estimates for a new fence. Josh and Alexandria were by far the most personable and detailed about what they would do. They spent time getting a feel for exactly what I wanted and they provided professional recommendations for the area that I wanted to have done. I originally thought I wanted white fence, but after they showed me the dual color as an option, especially with the reflection that would come off of my pool, I went with the dual color. They promptly sent a written estimate which came in less than the others even while using a better quality material. It comes from SUV right here in San Bernardino and is made in the USA. My Fence is beautiful. It looks so classy with the dual color. I could not be happier with the outcome and the care and concern Josh took while doing the job. Additionally, he took care to clean up when he was finished. Now, 2 years later, I needed to finish the fencing around my yard. But this time it included shared fences with 2 neighbors. I didn't need to think twice. I went straight to Integrity Fence Company again. Seeing what a beautiful fence I have on the side and how well it has withstood the test of time, both neighbors agreed that Integrity Fence Co. was the way to go. Integrity Fence just completed installation of a side-yard fence between our house and our next door neighbor, and I was so impressed I had to write this review. From the beginning bid process with Alex (Alexandria) to the removal of our rotted old wood fence and installation of our new vinyl fence; the work done by Josh and Alex was exceptional. They even took the time to tie in our new fence to our existing vinyl fence (awesome job Josh!). In addition, when they were finished they cleaned up our yard and made it look like they had never been there. People say quality customer service is dead, and I tend to agree-but not at Integrity Fence.
