I have been a patient at Integrity for several years. I love the PA that I see. However, their website states that their patients will receive same day appointments and makes a lot of promises that are simply not true. You cannot even contact them on the same day in some cases. The main complaint that I have now is that the employees do not wear masks. This is at a time when Alabama is out of ICU beds and Covid cases are out of control. You must wear a mask to enter the building where the practice is located but once you enter their practice, no one is wearing masks. This makes me very uncomfortable. I will be looking for a new doctor. read more

I've been a patient at Integrity Medical for the last few years. I've never been a big fan but since I'm healthy I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching doctors. I'm the time I have been a patient at this practice, I've never seen a doctor, just Nurse practitioners. I called the practice on Tuesday with a flare up of a condition I have that can be serious if not treated. I left two messages on Tuesday explaining my issue and requesting an appointment. I received no call back Fast forward to my appointment today. I explained my visit was for the flare up that needed treatment, I was having an issue with dry mouth, needed refills and a referral. I was told it was too many issues and all they could handle was a 3 min exam and the refills I would need another appointment for the dry mouth concern and a referral. I'd probably be okay with that if visits were charged different fees depending on length of appointment but I paid a normal fee. Don't go here if you want care and concern or if you don't want to be just a number to them. read more

The absolute bottom of the barrel. My doctor there was so incredibly inept that I basically had to diagnose and suggest treatment for myself. Total amateur hour there. They rarely answered calls or returned them. Just dreadful all the way around. They didn't even have the decency to send a notice of their closing to their patients. They just stopped responding to my inquiries. Awful. read more

Dr. Spear has been my PCP since moving here from Texas in 2018, and I've never been happier with my medical care. She's kind, thorough and never leaves anything to chance!! Without all the boring details, I had several issues that I had been dealing with for YEARS, with no answers from my previous doctors. Dr. Spear addressed each one and I've received treatment for each with amazing results either directly from her or the special she referred me to. She has without a doubt improved my quality of life 100%!! The staff is kind and always quick to handle any issues. I can't say enough wonderful things about Integrity Family Care!! read more

This place is chocked full of unprofessionalism. They refuse to answer their phones, will send you to a voicemail to put your info in for a call back, and then never call you back. They want you to use the patient portal, but that wasn't stressed to be until AFTER spending months trying to get ahold of them. Don't waste your time. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I do not recommend this office. I have been on the same birth control medication for YEARS. I use it to keep migraines at bay. They have continually caused me to have MORE migraines because they require 3-5 business days to return a phone call. Even after waiting 4 days past when my medication should be refilled to return my call, they then required that I "schedule an office visit." It's a simple medication that I could acquire for free at the county health department, but because I spend the money on health insurance, I am not eligible for free meds at the health department. Please don't go thinking you will see an MD You will see a nurse practitioner who will give you about 10 minutes of their time . I got much better care at American Family Which is considered "a doc in the box" They are so concerned with scheduling you For future tests they can't be concerned about your immediate needs. God forbid you need stitches because "they don't have time for that" I should have left and let them just keep my co pay. Will never go back. read more

AWESOME service ALL the time! They respect your time and more often than not you are in and out in record time. My prior PCP use to assign me an appointment for 09:00 and more often than not, I got 1 or 1 1/2 hours later. No respect for my time. As an aside a lot of folks complain because they are being seen by a Nurse Practitioner (NP)and not a Medical Doctor (MD). Let me tell ya my first hand experience, NP's are fantastic and I have seen them save peoples lives. If not mistaken if your condition is above the NP's skill set their are MD's available to see you. I have no issue seeing and being treated by an NP. This place is clean, bright and inviting when you need it the most. The entire staff are very user friendly and service oriented. Update: Apparently this family care office has closed without telling patients who had to find out on the internet.

I was so satisfied with Integrity and my care UNTIL they up and closed without a word. I was there for an appointment and they referred me to other needed special care facilities. When they called to schedule my appointments Integrity had CLOSED...permanently. I am left without a doctor and cannot see the specialty doctors. They did not even allow us to get our records. Nothing. I paid my copay as always and can you believe I received a darn bill for it the other day. Highly disappointed. Still cannot believe the way they just closed on their patients. Horrible way to go out. I know that my doctor changed 3 times but never thought of it in any negative way. How ai see why. read more

Over booking of appointments and inability to service clients in a timely manner, is unacceptable in my world. Furthermore, will you compensate me for the 75 point FICO DROP? Also, I didn't just visit Integrity once, I visited 3 times and still haven't received the full profile. In closing, upon notice from Quest of the collection, I phoned Blue Cross and they researched and phoned me back stating you, Integrity screwed up and submitted under the wrong name. I request going fwd you ck your facts prior to making statements you can not verify. Like lying to me saying the "lab" screwed up one part of my test, causing me to come in yet again-when actually, Integrity screwed up by using the incorrect sample/specimen vial for that particular profile. read more

I've been waiting over two weeks for a medicine refill. I was told when I first started using this clinic that I had to use their portal to communicate to the doctor. I had to call the office today because I have only 4 day of a medicine I have to take all the time. When I explained to the receptionist that my doctor hasn't responded to my refill request she said my doctor was no longer with them. My problem: no one there is checking their portal to followup and the receptionist said there was no one I could speak to about my medicine. Do yourself a favor and don't use this office. Since I can't speak to or leave the nurse a message I don't know what to do.My dog gets better care at her vets. read more

The previous reviews were NOT accurate at all. I had a terrific experience with this clinic, even down to the appointment center (Tyler was great) and was able to get an intake appointment the following business day. I was greeted when I walked in by 2 very friendly receptionists, both who loved kiddos and engaged both of us in a professional manner. After completing the intake paperwork, I didn't wait for even 5 minutes before the nurse greeted me (and my little one), explained how their facility worked etc., and more of what to expect, took us back to get vitals, and to an exam room. The nurse took a detailed history and physical, there was no rush whatsoever. After she was finished I waited maybe 10 minutes until I was greeted by a very friendly NP, who was also in no rush and went over the information that was already collected. After the appointment, I met with an exit follow-up receptionist to schedule my blood work, and left with the prescriptions for maintenance meds that I needed. I was told in advance that they don't do refills on certain anxiety/controlled substance meds so there is that if you are looking for same-day scripts on medications of that class. Great experience. I recently needed a new family doctor because mine retired. I was looking for one in Madison, AL., preferably a female. Doctor Noterman at Integrity Family Care was suggested by a friend. My first visit was with her NP, Kathleen. I found her extremely easy to talk to and she addressed my concerns in a professional and courteous manner. My second visit was with Dr. Noterman. I found her to be exceptional! She is kind, highly knowledgeable and very professional. I was comfortable talking with her. She addressed my concerns, explained all of my test results in a way that I could easily understand. She also told me some things about my current medications which had not been brought up by any other physician. I felt she took her time with me, not rushing to the next patient. The nurses and staff are amazing and efficient. The office is clean and appealing. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Dr. Noterman! read more

Becareful about their business practice. I got a call to confirm an appointment and when I went there I was told it was a telemedicine call and they wanted me to copay. I challenged it with bcbsal and had a teleconference with a rude business person who agreed, albeit begrudgingly, that it wasn't. She insisted a doctor,, not my doctor,, called me. Did not have to pay. Now they have given me 30 days to find another doctor. Hahaha....I already found one a week ago. Please look at your bills carefully with thus one. read more

I came to Integrity with multiple glowing reviews. They even had some sort of customer service excellence award from 2017 and 2018. Those days are over. I haven't been with the practice a year yet and due to changes in employee contracts they lost half of their physicians. The fourth general practitioner I've seen so far, Stephanie Gafford, is was described to me as an "efficient trauma doctor" by the receptionist. Stephanie will spend 10 minutes with you, ignore half of what you say, constantly interrupt you, and then dismiss you without fully explaining her findings. I have been seen by residents still in school that could at least have a bedside manner that wasn't rude to the point of hostile. Integrity has let every prescription they have written for me lapse. They cannot be bothered to send my bills to my correct address. The patient portal does not work across all devices. I am not the first person to leave this practice. Actually everyone that referred me to them has left already. Seek medical treatment elsewhere. read more

I was surprised to see negative reviews for Integrity Family Care. I had a great experience. I was traveling and needed to see a doctor while I was in Huntsville. They were able to get me an appointment the next day. The scheduling process was easy, considering the fact that I was a new patient. I only waited for about 2 minutes between seeing the nurse and the doctor. Would recommend for primary care. read more

Jenny Ryder is my nurse practitioner at Integrity. She can pretty much do anything a doctor can do, and you can typically get an appointment sooner with her. She truly cares about her patients, and she will take the time to listen to you unlike most doctors. Also, I can't say enough good things about the lab crew. If they can't get your blood easily, they won't keep trying. They will go get someone else to do it which I really respect. Scheduling an appointment is also very easy, and you can usually get in pretty quickly. read more

NO INTEGRITY - This is a perfect example of production-line, commercialized medicine. I went for a first-visit appointment. I was rushed and told I only had a limited time to explain my medical history. I paid up and left immediately. I specifically called and asked to see a certain Dr. They never said I wouldn't be seeing her, and scheduled me . When I arrived the front desk staff was great. I was taken back to a room and told a NP would be in shortly to see me. It was the most rushed consultation ever. I told her my concerns and how I was feeling, and she basically prescribed me something and sent me packing. It was chaotic and I didn't feel like it was very thorough. A week later and I am still sick with no improvement. I truly feel like going to a walk in clinic would've been more effective. Unless you're guaranteed to see a Doctor to not schedule. read more

My two visits with Ms. Ryder were mainly spent going over what insurance would and would not cover, and with her figuring out how to bill my visit. I honestly felt that Integrity cared more about my insurance than they did about my illness. read more
