We needed some drywall patching done before the interior paintwork. Like most homes there was…read moremostly minor work to do, one outside corner needed a bit more. The patching was crude and the outside corner repair left an open gap at the bottom that would have shown once the baseboard was installed. I pointed that out at the time only to be assured it wouldn't show. Well, sure enough it did. I went ahead and patched it in myself which came out ok, only the rest of the corner patch still looked crude, so I installed a drywall protector over it to kind of disguise it. After they left, my wife pointed out little gaps in the coverage of the new paint at a short wall extension. I have yet to attempt that fix as I'm not the best painter. That's why I hired a painter to begin with.

The only way to make it right was to repaint the living room ceiling so there were no flaws. I called a lot of companies and they were booked out until October and November and their prices were high . David came today, 4 days later on Saturday and did my ceiling. Talk about a reasonable price. He was so thorough and careful I was impressed. He got done in 2 hours and it was perfect. My dining room is connected to the living room and he did not have to do the dining room as he matched the paint perfectly. I am a hard person to please as I have a little OCD. He didn't even have to use painters tape to edge the ceiling. Not a spec of paint anywhere. If you need someone to do painting he is your guy!
