Two skylights had been removed with the new roof, which left the skylight tunnels leading down to the back porch. Rather than patch in the areas where the tunnels remained, we decided to replace the entire ceiling with the same material as the original build. We were concerned with matching the patched areas if we didn't do the whole ceiling. The CNO team completed the entire job in about 4 hours, and the quality was exceptional. The old material was taken away and everything was cleaned up with great care. Thanks to the CNO team for a job well done!

He also painted 95% of the interior of our home, including all the molding and doors. He worked 6 days a week in order to complete on time as promised. To prep, he covered every inch of our floor, moved and covered all our furniture, took doors off the hinges and even took door handles and curtain hardware off! Through out the project, he had great suggestions re: the wainscoting, walk way trim, and the accent walls that he installed. He was always open to my ideas and suggestions. He is a good, trustworthy and honest person. I would highly recommend him!

We are extremely happy with the work Expert Painting and Maintenance completed for us. We hired…read morethem after an awful experience with another company. Brett and his employees were exactly what we hoped. They were professional, extremely hardworking, timely and efficient. This was a huge job. I originally had 11 rooms to paint. The first company I hired quoted a cheaper price, said it would take 3 weeks and "finished" 1.5 rooms in 2 days which we had to repaint ourselves. Needless to say that company did not remain on the job. We personally finished 2 additional rooms, leaving 7 rooms to be painted (this included a huge great room with a vaulted ceiling and tons of mud work). It was too much for my husband and I to do. I found Expert on Google. I called and spoke with Leslie, who by the way was great and on the ball. She set us up with Brett for a quote. He gave us a fair price and said they would have the job done in 5 days. We were skeptical because of promises made by the first company's owner, but gave Expert a try. Expert lived up to their name. They finished the job in 3.5 days to include incidental touch ups I requested throughout the process. Every employee I encountered was truly top notch. Thank you to the team for the great work.

There was caulk left on the side of our washing machine and paint splattered on the laundry room wall and down a NEW WHITE CABINET, from washing out brushes or something. The gentleman that they sent to do the final clean up left a big glob of caulk in my rug from sealing the trim that was missed near the back door (which means he did not lay down anything underneath him). When prepping the sliding patio door, they somehow took the sensor for my alarm off the frame of the door and left with it (we received the sensor a couple of days later but there was no magnet to attach it back and it took three weeks before we could get it repaired from the security company). They bent the frame to the blinds for the sliding door and lost the pieces that hold the finish. We found 4 tiny screws in our carpet, that apparently go to something, we just haven't figured out what yet. My Yorky was chewing on them that's how we discovered it. But the straw that broke the camels back was on day two when we woke up to hearing someone downstairs in our house. It turned out to be two of the painters. They walked in without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Apparently the deadbolt on the door wasn't fully locked because it was covered with tape. They typically work from 9am to 4pm, and usually there's 2 to 3 company cars at the house., but this morning they were these two guys were the only painters for a Couple of hours. According to my camera, It looked like the one painter was going to knock at the door then changed his mind, grabbed the door handle, twisted it and walked in. My cameras have audio, so that verified that he did not knock. Had we not looked over the banister, seeing that it was them, it could've been all bad. I think this upsetted us more than anything. Although we had this company paint Several areas of our home, there are a few other rooms we still need Painted but I'm sorry to say we would not be calling them back out.

All seemed good, but we liked Tony's description of the way the work would progress, beginning with correcting some imperfections in the walls. Tony prepped the walls well before beginning the painting phase, and we appreciated the dust containment system that kept dust from coating everything in the house. The paint he used was top quality Sherwin-Williams that should be good for many years, and he did the neatest caulking of the baseboards that we had ever seen! Tony supervised the other men's painting and pointed out anything that he felt needed additional attention. They were a polite, friendly, decent-talking group and were immaculate in their clean up! When we decided that we wanted our front door painted differently from the original plan, Tony didn't complain about it and stuck with it to our satisfaction. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that, despite emphasizing that I wanted semi-gloss paint in the kitchen, Tony chose a different type of paint which, though durable, is not what I requested.

The job was a complete interior paint of a 17 year old condominium that was previously occupied by an elderly lady who had a rather strange color sense, and painted the place over the years badly. Work began ahead of schedule, and was completed in a very short time. Best of all, the work was absolutely flawless. Artisan took care of all wall and ceiling fixture removal and replacement, and the finish was absolutely superb. No question that this company does superior work and the final price was exactly what they quoted. I could not be more pleased with the service. Highest recommendation.
