They close their shop at 4pm so i had to leave a voicemail. when I finally got in touch with her, she had no clue why the guy did that and offered yet another one to come out Giving the benefit of doubt I agreed. This time the guy showed up 5took the information and said he would drop the estimate off to the Boss. after getting no response from them I called again This time she claimed the worker took the paperwork home with him as he had some sort of emergency. She said he would bring it in when he got back in town. I told her just to email it to me and that is the last I heard from them!!!! That is the rudest treatment I have ever received from a company advertising no job is too big or small. I don't know how you stay in business with that lack of competency.
