I am pleased to recommend Reboot Ninjas for computer support. I needed help backing up my documents…read moreand photos. Reboot Ninjas was the first to respond to the queries I sent out. We quickly agreed on a time for Paul to come to my house and help. I was apprehensive since my own computer expertise is not extensive. Paul took the time to give me some background he saw I needed and then backed up my material. As he said, he likes to teach people how to fish so they can later take care of their own needs. He also checked my security system and reset my google password. What impressed me was his patience and genuine concern for the task. When I later had a question related to what we had done, I emailed him. He quickly responded with the information I needed. I would definitely call him again for further assistance.
