I requested a quote on Yelp, and Jason responded right away. Jason had availability to look at my printer the next day, which was amazing for us. He inmediately came over to evaluate the damage on the laptop and he took it with him that same day. He updated me DAILY with what was going on with the laptop. Unfortunately it couldn't be repaired due to a micro wire needing to be replaced. He honestly tried. He felt so badly and I reassured him, it was ok. He repaired the laptop best he could but since the touch screen couldn't work, he sold me a monitor, wireless mouse, and wireless keyboard (for way less than their value) in lieu of the repair. He returned to my home to set it up and followed up with me in the days following to ensure it was working correctly. I'm very impressed and very satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend this company. They will work with you! Thanks Jason for your hard work, dedication, and knowledge. You're the best!

I called GoBigPrint and explained to Debbie what I was trying to do. She took the details and said she would call me back. In just a few minutes, she let me know that they would be able to get my project done. All communication that we had throughout the project was great. When I arrived that afternoon to pick up my completed project, the quality was just what I was hoping for. The end price for the project, was just as the job was quoted at the beginning. And the price quoted was actually less expensive than similar jobs I've had done at other printers in the past. This was a perfect transaction, from start to finish. I'm glad I found GoBigPrint, and I know I'll be using them on many more projects in the future.

They clearly explained what services they could provide and what precautions would need to be in place to safely complete the job--something no other company took the time to do. That level of detail is what made me choose them. The team spent five hours dismantling and removing a 10x12 building, which ended up being two full loads--a significant amount of work. Throughout the process, they were incredibly kind and respectful, both in our phone communications and in their interactions with my mom, who was onsite. Since I couldn't be there in person, they kept me updated with regular progress reports and photos, which I really appreciated. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, work ethic, and communication. Their price was beyond fair for the service they provided.
