The new bumper they put on wasn't even installed correctly -- my dad had to pop it in because it was hanging loose. The paint didn't even match and was already cracking. On top of that, my horn doesn't work, my cruise control doesn't work, my outside temperature sensor stopped working, half of my driver-side headlight doesn't work, and even the battery warning light came on after their so-called "repair." When I took it to a real mechanic, they told me this was one of the worst jobs they've ever seen. They said whoever worked on my vehicle didn't even bother to plug things back in properly. That explains all the electrical issues I'm now dealing with. When I asked Julio about it, he suddenly claimed the wires were "spliced up," which is completely untrue. Funny how he only mentioned that after I brought up the check engine light and other problems. If I hadn't said anything, he probably wouldn't have admitted to anything at all. To make things worse, the customer service is just as bad. His mother, who works the front desk, was rude as hell. When I asked how long the repair would take, she gave me attitude and snapped back, "None of your business. When you have your own shop you can do what you want." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Julio also ignored my calls and texts, and when I finally reached out again, he acted like he didn't even know who I was. Totally shady. And to top it all off, he randomly told my wife he was "7 months sober from meth." Totally unnecessary and not something a customer should ever hear. Here's some pics of the horrible job they did so you can see for yourself. NEVER have I ever seen work done this poorly. I was supposed to bring the car back to let him "fix it," but I'm not risking letting him mess it up even worse. I'm taking it to a real mechanic who actually knows what they're doing. If you care about your vehicle, avoid Julio Jr. and this shop at all costs.

So to all that are looking to have work done to your vehicle do not trust this place cause they will alter and take short cuts very disappointed in Julio's shop

My mother had been experiencing several problems with her Nissan Titan truck and some help with understanding what was causing the problems. We called and John's Automotive and spoke with the owner. Not only did Mr. John preformed a free vehicle diagnostic letting us understand what was needed to be repaired and give us fair price, but Mr. John also was kind enough to provide my elderly mother with transportation from the repair shop to her home and picked her up again from home when the truck was ready at the repair shop, It is so wonderful to know that there are still people people who practice Christian values. Allen agreed to do the repair, found a rebuilt transmission for $2000 less than original estimate, and worked with me to get the job done in a timely manner. He went the extra mile to check differential for any damage, flush the cooling lines to remore any metal and get the core returned for credit. Later that afternoon, we were informed it would be an additional $180 just to check the code--on top of whatever the actual repair would cost. Hesitantly, we agreed. We got a call later saying our vehicle was ready. When we asked what the issue was, we were told it was just a "loose connection" and that they reset the check engine light. That's it. Fast forward two weeks--our car won't start. After doing some investigation, we discovered that the wrong size battery had been installed previously, which is what triggered the check engine light in the first place. So essentially, this shop charged us $180 to reset a light and completely missed the real issue. No real diagnostics were done. Save yourself the frustration. We took our car to Meineke on W Loop 250, where they properly diagnosed the issue without charging us $180 for doing absolutely nothing.

They diagnosed it, put it up on the raisers and showed her exactly where the issue was... it was a little costly on a fixed income but the work comes with 50,000 mile or 5 year warranty so she figured what does she have to lose.... Well she was more than happy with the customer service and her car was completed in a day! Most places here in Midland would have your car for 2 to 3 weeks MINIMUM! They said it would be done in a day and it was. She literally cannot say enough good things about Danny's Automotive, she says THANKS to Mark, Arthur and the girls! Customer for life!!!
