With my other CPA, I was dealing with such high turnover and was not given any tax advice. I was constantly hounding them to send me updated P&L reports every quarter whereas with Rebecca, she keeps my books in order, updates my P&L without me asking her, and takes the time to get on a call with me to give me tax advice and to explain things in layman terms. I am currently going through the process of selling my company and Rebecca has been so helpful during this time. When going through due diligence, it was important for my books to be clean- her work was clean and accurate (she cleaned up a lot of the mess from my previous CPA) and she responded quickly whenever I needed to ask her something. A few weeks later, rec'd a phone call saying it was complete and come pick up. Get to the front desk and the receptionist has me sign two forms and says the charge is $650. I asked her to confirm that price and came back and said that "is our rate". Sure wish I would have been told that up front. To their credit, the CPA I had appeared very knowledgeable but WAY OVER PRICED. FOUR FORMS at $650. I feel priced gouged. And the CPA never came out to explain what was done or why the price is so high. And yes, I have used CPA's before and NEVER got an invoice this high for so little work done. Good firm but expect HIGH fees. Would have given them 5 stars but their high fees dropped them down to 3 stars.

I cancelled a vehicle from my insurance policy on 2-06-25 with employee Jazmine (daughter got married) and they are still charging me? Called on 02-27-25 spoke with Jazmine again to let her know the car is still not removed AND I took my other vehicles to Progressive Direct because of this situation (Saved 200 bucks too). So now I had all 3 of them cancelled. Well today I noticed they still charged my card on 03-01-25 for the first cancelled car! Had to call again, spoke with Jazmine and had to ask for a higher up and supervisor was no help. Supervisor also verified that they have no way to keep track if the insurance is actually cancelled. What kind of professionals are working there? I do not recommend State Farm.
