They are unprofessional yet arrogant in their misguided view of themselves. They defer the blame for their ineptness in allowing settlement to take place in a timely manner. The lack of professionalism is staggering from the way they spoke to me to the tone in their emails they had no business copying me on. The manager, Sara Llerena is particularly heinous. She is curt, self righteous, and the most highest of arrogance. It is unfathomable to imagine how she ever got to her position as manager. They delayed my settlement MULTIPLE times and placed the blame on everyone but themselves. I begged everyone to have settlement anywhere but with them but it fell on deaf ears. The last thing I wanted was for them to benefit one penny from my money. The result was mayhem. There is zero regard for anything but their schedule. And of course they are extremely busy, most likely from having to cover their mistakes. There is not one single thing that I can say nicely about this company. Do NOT for one millisecond consider them for your settlement.
