I can't think of one redeeming quality for this company. Unless, you enjoy being micro managed. Let's start with their operating system. RS uses an operating system that is the most hacked system in the world. Day one I joined I was hacked so severely, it was painful. Still reeling from this 7 months later. From Bank accounts, to social media accounts that I have nurtured 13 years are all gone. Thus losing a client base and feeling humiliated.RS IT department should have notified me when their site under which I am a part of was compromised. I was never notified by their IT. One week later all I had worked to build was gone. RS took no responsibility, no apology and blamed it all on my failure to protect myself. I have been in this business 27 years. Since the inset of computers I have never ever been compromised. Not until the day I logged on to their (RS) apps. Ypu have to go to their online mandatory zoom classes before you are aloud to be up and running. (never did anyone say that was a mandatory thing) In the meantime clients are moving on because I can have access to work, yet I was hacked and locked out, no-one there to help after so very many emails, calls and text. No we are at 2 weeks and still can't work because you have to finish their training. (more clients move on) Keep in mind, these are new clients Ive been nurturing. We don't have a solid relationship. That takes time. At this point I can't do the training because Im hacked, them I can't have training until there is a space available in the training and available dates. 2 months later, I'm finally up and running. Some leads begin to trickle in... s l o w l y...... Soon I have a few leads and some leads CUST me out. Why? RS system has their providers, lenders, title, escrow, assistants, call them, email them, text them.. They are bombarded! Leaving a good solid lead so upset. So upset to use choice words with me and it's all my fault? It's notify system!! Throw in the face that the force their Created Phone Number upon you! ITS A Los Angeles CALIFORNIA NUMBER!!! No one wants to do business with you because of that number. Yes, they questioned it constantly. Now your good name is trashed. You try to build yourself up just to be taken down bit by bit. Try closing an escrow outside their affiliates.. As I write this, it's been 20 days that I have closed an escrow and have not been paid. They say Im not compliant when in fact I am. Which a young lady at RS finally acknowledge. The leads are not solid either... With RS, you are not important unless you are a producer and live in southern Florida. In the Panhandle no-one acknowledged my listings or promoted them on their sites as they have their favorites in south Florida. Yes, they play favoritism. With RS you are on TEAM RS. You are a minot in a pond that the shark feeds on. The Shark is Robert Slack himself. You work for him., Team BOB. You are not allowed to brand yourself, Only BOBs Branding. RS, now known as BOB! (your welcome BOB) You are from here on out know as BOB. Back to the minot in the Pond. It's a feeding frenzy when the leads arrive. The leads only get better if you have done well. BOB feeds you leads, you sell leads for 50% to BOB. That's to pay for his Bentley, and his partner... Dan W. Now forever know as DW the man the will not respond to your plea for help! I can't finish this review... Or I sit and stew! It's time for me to move forward to rebuild all that I have lost in my 6 months stint with this BS. I get 30 leads a month and they are all vetted, I have a virtual assistant at no charge, I get leads at no charge, there is no office fee's or insurance fee's! Contacted Robert Slack LLC regarding a specific property, mentioned I was in a different state, asked to be emailed, not called, and asked very specific questions about the specific property. Next thing I know I am being woken up in the middle of the night (right around 5:20 am) by a call and then text from Sabrina wanting to know "When do you want to see it?" Complete idiots.
