I have never ever been to a business with such incredible customer service. I drove from Sacramento to Lodi to come to this store to ask lots of questions and to buy my first AR. My girlfriend lives here in Lodi, I'm from San Jose Went to Oder a pizza next door and figured I'd walk over to the gun shop, nothing go better than pizza and guns. I walk in and can see they have a pretty good selection of guns. I'm greeted by (forgot his name) we spoke about the new law for AR 15's and showed me a few ways that would make mine "legal" he had showed me Springfield EMP and a couple on Kimbers. He showed me his EDC and the Ammo (RIP) he has his mags loaded up with.I read about it but not one shop around San Jose carries it. As depressing as visiting a gun store is in CA nowadays I do like this store. Came here to get a new FSC and found the people there to be friendly and willing to help. First time gun buyer. I had been doing some research on a handguns and had a very general idea of what i was looking for. I cannot remember the name of the 2 guys that I was talking to but they were helpful and not rushed. They allowed me to look at what ever it was that I wanted hold it, get the feel for it. This place is awsome. I came from about 1.5 hours away to a specific armory but they were just rude and unreliable. So I stopped by this place as a last resort type deal. Best service and experience. John is a good guy and is always willing to answer any questions you might have. He doesn't make you feel stupid or sound cocky when speaking to you unlike some of the other stores around the area. It's always a pleasure to even just go in and browse. I came here to pick up some ammo and a rifle case and all I can say the customer service was excellent. They didn't have any of the specific type of ammo that I needed but they were willing to put in an order for it. I would shop here again. Also if you are looking to flat out sell your firearm, they will give you a pretty good price. They also do consignments. read more

Got there before they opened, waited in line for a gun transfer only to be told they are six weeks out on transfers. Called around other gun stores no one has a wait. Integrity stated because they can't charge more than the government allowed transaction fee they don't make it a priority. With the name Integrity and being a local business owner it makes me question the name. As a prior customer it is disappointing that they don't care about my business or need it. Integrity lol. I've bought s free firearms through them and will definitely continue to use them as long as I live in the area. My only (unrealistic) wish is that they could have an indoor range. Gun shops/gun shopping can be intimidating, especially when you don't fix the mold of a stereotypical gun owner/buyer. I never got that feeling dealing with Integrity Arms; went during the beginning of the pandemic and wanted to get some shotgun ammo. Guys at the counter showed me my options/ what would be best for my use and some friendly banter. Ended up coming back later and buying another, different gun from them. Their prices are comparable to the big box stores, so going to them means supporting a local business AND you're not 'overpaying'? Sounds like a win win. read more

I purchased several guns over the past 45 years and have NEVER been treated as good as Integrity has treated me they live by the business name and treat their customers like royalty. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, they did give me some other suggestions but weren't PUSHY at all. Normally when a salesman realizes that you aren't buying now they tend to drift away but not here I had the salesman's attention until I said goodbye and walked away. 1 more thing that totally surprised me is they had to order what I wanted but as soon as they got the serial number from the shipper they suggested I come down and start the DROS paperwork so I could get my new "Toy" in my hands as soon as possible. I am a loyal customer now even if I move I will take the trip back to Lodi to do business with them! read more

All I can say is wow! By far best gun shop in Lodi and the surrounding areas. Guns are very reasonably priced, and he keeps a good inventory of pistols, shotguns, hunting and AR style rifles. John and his crew at integrity arms are very knowledgeable with their guns and ammunition and can answer any question you could think of about our local gun laws.
