They were very prompt in returning my messages as we negotiated the booking. I wasn't there during the cleaning, so I left the apartment accessible. When I arrived later in the evening, the carpets looked good (despite their age and degree of wear) and the kitchen and bathrooms were well cleaned. The bathtub was especially well done. They later billed us for $6100 without giving us any reason why it was more. On top of that, the quality of work was awful. They also left 2 sopping wet rugs in the basement. One of the 2 dehumidifiers we discovered wasn't even working at the end of day 2. They charged us for floor coverings to "protect our floor" but didn't cover the carpet landing on our stairs or properly cover the hardwood floors in our kitchen. We've been trying to resolve this issue with them for weeks but no luck. When asked to speak with the owner they say "he's a busy business man, he doesn't have time to call you".
