It is affordable. 4. In my opinion, useless for relieving chemotherapy symptoms. Chemo drugs are nasty as they are trying to [almost, but not quite] kill you. Friday (09MAY2014). Acupuncture session at 1500. Saturday. Crappy mouth is reduced and I have a lot less fatigue. Was it: a. Acupuncture? b. Poisons excreted from my body? c. Both? d. Neither? I don't know. 02MAY2014 Very pleasant people. Took a lot a notes prior to my acupuncture. I feel very comfortable with them. Will see how it goes. Chemotherapy is nasty. I get loaded up with: Oxaliplatin, 5-fluoroucil, zofran, decadron, leucovorin every 2 weeks. The side effects are very unpleasant. I am hoping that acupuncture can alleviate some of the symptoms. Chemo mouth (aka crappy mouth). Food tastes bland. Carbohydrates taste like cardboard. Fatigue. 1-3 naps a day. Low platelet and white blood cell counts. The poison kills everything.

I've seen many chiropractors over the last 8 years between Denver, New York, Chicago and Seattle -- and no one has used such an integrative approach for my lower back -- not only in adjusting my back -- but in creatively thinking through treatments to help including cupping, tissue manipulation, stretching and exercise assignments, and form coaching to help me improve on a day to day basis. Having recently visited an unaffiliated chain clinic in illinois where the chiropractor literally would only administer 90 seconds of treatment and have you spend the rest of your time with aids doing stretches -- I had such a deeper appreciation for Dr. Wes's approach. And - he's an overall awesome human.

My Chiro appts have included active release, dry needling, electric stim and adjustment. They're super thorough and do their best to help you not be in pain. And they give you exercises to help you further. Scheduling online is super easy. I pay out of pocket and it's only $75 to see one of the chiropractors and $80 for an hour massage. It's really awesome when it works out you can schedule your adjustment and massage back to back!! If you're in any kind of pain, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment. The initial eval for Chiro may be more than $75. I don't recall what I paid for that or if it was higher. Either way 100% worth the money. Cara C

At only 30 years old, my body felt like it was falling apart. I discovered Well Set and after just a few sessions with Dr. Russ Sellers, I not only felt relief but a renewed sense of myself. Russ doesn't do the same 10 minute chiropractic adjustment, he does a thorough intake every session to target the specific work that's needed using a variety of techniques. He deeply cares about his patient's wellbeing and improvement in their health and creates realistic treatment plans that are effective, not excessive. I invest in my health where I see results. Well Set has been, and will continue to be, my go-to. I also recommend this place to ALL my doula clients as they specialize in amazing prenatal care. So grateful for you guys - thank you!!

I saw Seth for 6 months while I was there once a week, and he was absolutely fantastic. He is the best therapist that I have found since my friend that I was seeing for over 5 years before the pandemic in San Diego caused him to retire and relocate. He did so many of the same things that it was a huge relief to find that. I really could not recommend Seth enough, from different techniques of cupping, assisted stretching, deep tissue, lymphatic drain, chranial sacral, he did a great job helping to mitigate my pain symptoms and give me back a modicum of my energy that I needed to get through my days. Had I not had so many difficulties outside my medical massage, he would have been central to my physical therapy and medical rehab plan to rebuild my strength, but I had to leave due to difficulties with the VA system and being unable to acclimate to the altitude and dryness after so many years at sea level. Thank you so much for the help guys, you've been great.

I've suffered several bouts of plantar fasciitis over the years and had resigned myself to the standard medical advice that nothing can be done short of stretching and resting but acupuncture at Bee Well gave immediate relief and I believe the treatments and the foot soak were huge aids in a faster than typical recovery time in the long run as well as immediate relief in the short term.. I recommend c-section acupuncture to everyone that will listen to me, the treatment reduced the pulling sensation of the scar tissue, helped me regain feeling in the numbed areas of my abdomen, and had a harmonizing effect on the whole region making it feel like it was again part of my body rather than a trauma attached to my body. Bee Well also prescribed by husband an herbal remedy during my pregnancy to help with his anxiety. He'd previously received a prescription for anti-depressants from his primary care physician. Anti depressants work by stimulating the serotin release in your brain, although they are effective and appropriate for some people this wasn't true for my husband. The herbs Bee Well prescribed were a nice addition to my husbands morning tea and worked to gradually reduce his anxiety over several weeks rather than shocking his system. I cannot express my relief and gratitude at finding an herbal remedy that aided my husband's anxiety during a time in my life where I needed him to bring his A game to our domestic lives.
