My doc sent referral but then they said they need one from my primary doctor. They text me an appt reminder and when I try to reply with the text says auto no reply. They send me an email to fill out my paperwork before my appt. When I try to reply to email, it say auto email only unable to reply. 3 days later I finally get in touch with scheduler, tell her about how I could not reply to email or text, she tells me not her problem she did not design the process. Great attitude. After several days of no contact, I found another place. Don't waste your time, if they are this uncaring and unprofessional about just scheduling, their treatment is probably just as bad or worse. Good reddens, to bad I wasted all this time for nothing.

I had such bad pain that I didn't think PT would help but to my surprise it did help to the point I'm fully recovered now. It was easy to book an initial appointment, they are popular so can be difficult to find the perfect time unless you are willing to wait. I had a primary PT that I saw most of the time but also saw some others. It started out very easy and simple with stretches and other things and gradually had most of the type of exercises I do. They asked about what/if any strength training I do and they were able to incorporate most of the type of exercises that I do that could have lead to my initial problem. I was very happy with how much progress I made while I was going here and if I have some other physical problem where PT might help, I will come back here again.

I have found Sarah and her team to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very professional but also a lot of fun to talk with during therapy. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends and family to use this service if they had an injury or physical problem. During the course of my treatment I was placed primarily under the care of a thoroughly pleasant young lady with a remarkable sense of humor; one who, along with her co-workers, made the typical tedium of P.T. much more bearable and, indeed, even enjoyable. With both tactile and machine involvement I started feeling improvement within the first two sessions and this mending continued throughout my care. Was taken to a room had my vitals checked and then sat there for another 20min before the doctor came in. One issue was completely ignored a second issue I was told to take some over the counter meds for it (Like I hadn't already nor was I intelligent enough to think of that before wasting over an hour of my time and my money to go to the doctors office) and the 3rd issue (that I was hoping to at least get a referral for) I was told if I started to feel any pain to go to the emergency room. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. Basically zero care given and a complete waste of over an hour and the cost of a doctor's visit

I will let my people know this place costs us more than just sending them to a place who actually keeps appointments. All said and done, this will cost us 3-5 hours vs 1.5-3 hours. Time is money. If I calculate how much I make per year for the companies people i work for, I think it's fair to say it would be a huge loss. This is not PTO or personal time, so this time is not only not generating revenue, it's cost revenue. Quality is not up to par. A hearing test where I hear everything outside the testing parameter is not good. Makes our people and families unsafe.
