Rob did an incredible job with our AV project and I would highly recommend his work to any…read moreindividual or organization! Our original project was a botched Amazon Wall Mounting service that had originally taken 3-4 hours for the Amazon tech and the result was of terrible quality with wires sticking out of the wall and our soundbar hanging from the TV. As this was not up to par with our expectations, we set out to employee an outside AV company to come in and correct the work. I reached out to Rob in an urgent state since the previous AV company we were supposed to work with had cancelled on us with no apologies, and I was quickly put to work on finding a replacement. I sent out a quote request over Yelp with a detailed description of the project we were working on to various AV companies in the Philadelphia area, and Rob got back to me quickly and with a solid quote. He was able to schedule us in the following day to get the project done quickly. Rob came in and addressed our project in a professional and high quality manner. He was very knowledgeable about our project and even let us know that the way the Amazon tech had wired the TV was against building code and that if we had not had someone come in to fix it, we could have gotten a fine by the building inspectors. Rob was able to get the job done in less than an hour and a half and we are thrilled with the work he did!!! Between his professional and educated manner and expertise of his work, I would highly recommend him for any AV project.

The home did not have a wired electric doorbell which was required for my cameras, and Adam (owner of 1 Solution AV) was quick to reach out. I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. I would highly recommend Adam and 1 Solution AV and will absolutely use again for any additional services as we get settled into our new home.

I will be honest, I was hesitant at first, but due to the reviews I said I'll give him a shot. I emailed him what I was looking to have done which entailed hanging of a 60 inch LED Samsung TV, Samsung Sound bar installation, all wires hidden behind wall, and installation of a floating tv that would house components. He quoted me an approximate figure which was a darn good price. He said I was a just a tad bit out of his service area, but he could make it work. So I went and purchased the electronics and all and setup an appointment. I emailed him multiple times just to make sure we were on the same page with everything I was looking for. I had a vision and wanted it to be carried out. He answered each of my emails and calls without hesitation. Then he informed me that the price he quoted me INCLUDED him putting the stand together, not just hanging the stand on the wall (since it was a floater). That's when I said to myself "This guy is great". He did the work FLAWLESSLY and it looks BETTER than what I imagined. He makes sure he takes his time and does it right by measuring multiple times.
