The scent is just wonderful and once you get settled in your chair the staff puts a nice blanket on you and even tucks in your feet. Sweet. The sounds of the ocean and comfortable soft lighting. Add some crystals to hold and just close your eyes and relax. Two of us fell asleep. I dreamt that I was at the beach. Made me realize how much I need to actually get back to the beach. After we did some shopping - the Tree of Life scent of soap, lotion, and scrub is fantastic. Bought one of the crystals I used during the session. Even bought a cute little bee ring. Jamie, the owner of the studio is extremely welcoming and helpful. From the moment you walk in to the studio, you're greeted with great energy and beautiful decor. I have been to a handful of classes so far, and continue to look forward to meeting the staff and trying new classes. This isn't your average studio, they offer a variation of yoga classes ranging from vinyasa to energy medicine yoga. There is no doubt about it that this is one of the greatest yoga studios that I have ever been to, and I'm so thankful that it is near my home. A few things: Current special for new students $30 for an entire month, sign up for classes on the app "Vagaro" Parking isn't completely ideal, especially during rush hour.
