Of course all had voice mails, one gentleman I did get a hold of told me he couldn't come out til Monday (this was a Sunday night) I was a little frantic due to mold and/or mildew concerns with standing water. I found Josh Williams Restoration on line and called and spoke with Josh and explained the urgent need, the stressful situation and the importance of getting someone out that evening and he informed me he could come out that evening in about 45 minutes as he was out of Chesaning. True to his word, he was out in about 45 minutes! He assessed the situation and reassured my mother and I , he would take care of. Josh was here til 1 or 2 am Monday morning- Thank God! He stated he would be back in morning with additional equipment needed to begin the Restoration process. Again, a man of his word!
