She pinpointed the neck and back areas where I needed more pressure and stayed clear of the areas I told her were tender and sensitive. In other words, she was very client-focused and listened and was extremely intuitive with my needs. Her hands have a warm healing energy, the massage table is heated and very comfortable and I found myself in such a deep state of relaxation that I was falling asleep at times. I strongly recommend this Spa (as well as the hotel & everything about it) and Josee as an incredible Masseuse! $150/90-minutes was well worth the way you'll feel after this perfect indulgence! I enjoyed all of the heated pools, infinity pool, relaxation rooms with a fireplace, and cold plunges. There were so many cold plunges all around. I enjoyed the hammocks, various types of swings, infrared lounge chairs. It was nice seeing so many people relaxing there reading their paper books. First, I made a stop at the cute café - wow, the food was amazing! My favorite was the curry duck sandwich, and the charcuterie board. I can't believe the restaurant at a spa can be of this amazing quality The spa itself was very well equipped and clean too. The changing room only has three stalls, a bit small. I enjoyed all the pools and saunas, and it even has an access to the river behind. Very cool place!! Every staff and service was friendly and there were multiple water fountains at the facility so just bring your water bottle because you'll definitely want to stay hydrated.

Delicious! We spent the rest of the day in the steam bath, hot tubs, sauna, resting pods, and drinking herbal tea. Truly a relaxing day. There are cold plunge options but we opted out of those! The only con is the changing rooms / lockers are a bit tight space wise, especially in the winter months with big jackets + layers. When visiting remember to bring your bathing suit and slides/flip-flops. Slides are available for purchase if you do forget. Towels and robes are provided. It was lightly snowing on the day we visited making it a magical experience and felt like being in a hallmark movie! Would love to come back and recommend to anyone visiting QC.

I'll start by saying that Judy is a wonderfully beautiful lady! Sweet and very kind! I visited Judy for waxing (full legs and bikini). The wax is applied by a long metal spatula; nothing wrong with that but with a bit extra force, it can hurt. The waxing itself was ok; nothing out of the ordinary. The reason I'm not satisfied is because after only two days it felt as though i had shaved my legs rather than waxed; rendering the services useless. The good thing about Judy is that she is fairly inexpensive. For my treatments I paid $50. I'm choosing 3 stars because her skills and supplies may not work on my skin/hair type but could on someone else's. It's up to you if you want to take the chance!
