I would panic as soon as I would even lay back and therefore would sink . I didn't know any proper swim strokes or how to tread water . On my first lesson I had Greta made me very comfortable . She very thoroughly walked me through step by step on how to float . I learned how to float on my first lesson . Which for years I have never been successful at . For reference I am 21 years old . After my time with Greta I am now able to Float effortlessly , Tread Water, swim freestyle , breast stroke and backstroke . I am very grateful to Greta for she has given me skills I have wanted/needed for a very long time . I am definitely going to put my new skills to practice for my upcoming snorkeling trip . Which was my initial reasoning for signing up for lessons . However there are so many benefits that have come alongside of learning how to swim . Greta is a wonderful teacher and I definitely recommend her as your swimming instructor. If you're wanting to learn how to swim then Greta has got you covered !!!

I gave him a strange look and he replied; "I hear three round burst. Is that you or the gun?" I chuckle and said; "No that's me." He replied; "Wow! You're fast." I wanted to share this with 360 Tactical because its through the multiple classes I've attend that has helped me become a better shooter. Starting with Patrick Grimm teaching the basic fundamentals, Tim Woods helping me hone down those fundamentals with both pistol & shotgun, and Jeff Schillinger helping refresh my military memory on the carbine. I honestly take everything I learn from these great instructors away from the class and continue to practice and train with them. The classes my daughter attended were on 30 mins per class for 4 days out the week . I didn't feel like that was enough time to learn anything but I was wrong . She is learning several different techniques within that 30 mins with no pressure applied . Instructor Lucas is her favorite so far . Check in is very easy as well. Best to go in the Webster location, if you have any questions ,because some things weren't offered online for some reason. A shirt and bag are given to carry your kiddos items in . For starters this is the wrong address on here and the wrong suite number. I ended up in a field and was almost late for the class (which is nonrefundable). The receptionist was very nice, but I felt like their website was weird and there were no reviews about this business.
