I returned two days later & a different girl was there & she told me to go into the same stand up booth & I told her that some of the bulbs were burned out in that booth & she offered to put me in a different booth but I would have a 6 minute wait. Now this salon has 18 or so booths & only 2 were working? I also complained on their website & no response so sorry Hollywood Tans, you just lost a longtime customer.

This is my first time getting level 1 beds, usually I tan in 15 min beds. No fancy misting or better built in cooling, etc. but they weren't bad at all. They have box fans at the top end of the bed to help keep you cool, I went to put my hands above my head and like kangaroo punched the fan, knocking it over, had to get out and fix it, tragic. I was really nervous about the color (you know, turning orange), but it was really natural looking. I thought after a shower or two it'd be gone, but it lasted over a week. I'm sure it would have lasted even longer if I took care of it like you're supposed to. I just saw they added Red Light Therapy.
