InstaSwim has been great to work with. I wish I had found them before a different swim school. I lost so much time with the other swim program constantly telling me they couldn't find an instructor that could work with my toddler's schedule. I was matched with an instructor on the same day that I sent in my request to InstaSwim. Unfortunately, the initial instructor was not great & kept cancelling on us. I ended up calling InstaSwim & they worked to match me with a different instructor who contacted me the same day. We ended up being matched with Kendra, who has been absolutely amazing with my daughter. She is very patient with her & my daughter has even been trying to do floats & her kicks in the tub. Due to all the delays of trying a different swim program & finally being matched with Kendra, the weather has gotten colder. Thankfully InstaSwim offers an option to downgrade the swim package. I contacted them & was able to downgrade from 12 to 6 lessons with no issues. I highly recommend InstaSwim! read more

Easy Great Experience. I found instaswim online when trying to book private swim lessons for my children during a weeklong vacation. The booking process was simple and they offered more flexibility than other potential sites. I was put in touch with a swim coach and I was able to set up an easy call to coordinate all of our lessons. She was so great with all 3 of my kids. My 6 year old especially progressed so much during just a few sessions with her. She was very friendly and easy to communicate with over text for scheduling. I honestly couldn't have been happier. Shawn was not only a great instructor, he was so patient and kind to my son. We have tried two different types of swim lessons previously, with little success. My son learned more in 1 lesson than he did with the other two sets. By the end of the 6 lessons, I feel confident that my son can safely swim in a pool. The sign up was super easy and they got back to us immediately! The instructor assigned to us was Elle. She was super sweet and tried so hard to get our little swimmer in the pool but he just wasn't having it! Best decision I made during quarantine was signing up to have an instructor (lynne) come to my pool and teach my 3 year old how to swim. After 6 lessons- she is fully swimming, going under and able to get herself out off the side. My whole family is so so impressed by her. Audrey came to our pool and taught my 2 year old. Our goal was to get her more comfortable in the water and I think we succeeded! She can also fully get herself out of the side of the pool which is important to me. We had a great experience with Instaswim. From the get go, they answered all my questions. They were also very honest with realistic expectations. We booked the twelve 45 minute sessions with Natalie. After the first couple of lessons, I could already see my son building his confidence in the water. She was extremely patient and encouraged him without pushing too aggressively. We did a 6-package lesson for our 2 kids, age 6 and 8 and it was well worth it. We chose a female instructor and she coordinated a customized schedule with us. We had a great experience with Hilary who coached my son, his cousin, and a friend at our pool. All of the kids loved the experience and learned a ton. My 5-year-old learned more in 8 60-minute sessions than he did in 9 months of swim lessons previously! For the parents, the flexibility of Instaswim was great, and the cost was very reasonable especially when split with a couple of other families. Kim texted to see if I had arranged a time frame with instructor and I told her no one ever reached out to me. She says she would look into this. Asked for an update next day and its now been a week since I filled out info online. Still no contact and Kim stopped responding. Unprofessional. read more

We did 12 pool safety classes for my 1 year old grandson. Ella did a great job with him. She was patient, sweet and right on point. We especially loved having lessons at our home. Words cannot describe the great instructor I received for my 7yr old. Jade is phenomenal and was able to teach him how to swim in six lessons. Actually less. In the first 2 lessons I knew then that he would never need the floatie again. Jade gave great instruction. I just think of all the time and money wasted in which my child attended group swim and went thru the same routine every lesson and still could not swim. Jade works well with children. All I can say is money well spent. I highly recommend! read more

We did a 12-package lesson for our 2 boys. It was well worth it for us. One of my boys was scared on getting in the pool in the beginning. After a few lessons with Ian both of my boys were very comfortable and more confidant being in the water. Ian have taught them to float, blow bubbles, jump in, hold on to the wall and do monkey crawl. They're really really close to swimming on their own and it's definitely because of InstaSwim. read more

The whole thing was relatively painless, and once you've paid, you can just work directly with the swim instructor to schedule everything, etc. My son has made huge strides in the pool in just 12 short lessons! read more

InstaSwim Boot Camp from The Best Swim Club Ever is hands down the best money we ever spent on any training for our kids. Our boys 3 and 6 learned how to swim in 3 days flat. By day 8 both boys are diving. We can hardly believe these are the same kids we signed up two weeks ago! On day 1 our kids were crying and screaming. The instructor is firm, no-nonsense and gets the kids going super fast! I swear before this we've spent $1000s of dollars and tons of time in swim lessons that just didn't yield results (YMCA, Dayland) The owner was mentored by a Ventura County legend Marjean the Swimming Machine and gets teachers that use this style and it's incredible. The lessons look like a lot of money at first but when you consider you only go for a week or two and your kids will 100% be swimming by the end of the session it's worth it! We are trying to sign up now again. The sessions sell out fast and we feel thankful to be involved. read more

I used InstaSwim recently to give brush up deep end swim lessons to my son and to life-guard his team party. That they are virtually national helps since we are in southern California. The swim coach/lifeguard they sent, Karlee, was amazing. She came for about a week every day after school and in just a few days, my son was beyond comfortable in the deep end and most importantly was able to enjoy the party with his friends! The life-guarding was fantastic and allowed me to tend to the party. When she left, I regretted not hiring her for an extra hour, because hosting a pool party with your and other parents' kids is stressful! The rates were super affordable, and Brian, the owner made making payments very easy. I will definitely use them again! read more

InstaSwim was a great alternative to your typical swim schools, especially during this insane pandemic. I have a 2 and 3 year old. Jon, their swim instructor was incredibly patient with them. He was great with communicating with me during lessons and via text. Jon is a very nice person in general and as I mentioned, he has the patience of a saint. Brian, was who I often communicated with about payments was very quick to respond and very helpful. I feel like my girls learned valuable techniques to keep them safe in the water. Next year we just need to build on them! The only downside that I had and part of it was my fault was we didn't have a set schedule for lessons. However as I mentioned Jon was always communicating with me to find times that worked for both of us. InstaSwim, in my opinion gives your child the one on one time they need to get comfortable being in the water and then building on it from there. Many of my friends have told me that their child did not get that sort of attention at your typical swim schools. My girls each got a solid 30 minutes working with Jon. There were even times when they would pick up on something that Jon taught them at the last minute and he would stay an extra 10 minutes to let them practice. In my opinion that shows you how much he truly cared about my girls succeeding. read more

We contacted this company because it was local and we needed to get lessons for our children. The guy Brian who answered the phone assured me he would have instructors available to teach our child. The registration process would take 7-14 days but he claimed he would push us through. Well, that never happened. Over a week later called to say he would be teaching, and then we never heard back from him. And then we got a message stating new employees were hired and we would get on schedule and to date haven't received anything. I have wasted over a month on this place. I could have had another place teach them to swim already. I started contacting this place early on so I wouldn't have a problem getting an appointment and there was nothing but problems. Don't waste your time. Doesn't seem like it's a real company and very shady. You shouldn't string people along if there are no employees just one person working for the company. read more
