After installing the plants, I didn't get the number that was on the quote and I was told that "You got more dirt so we gave you fewer plants". After some discussion, they agreed to add the plants. Be careful with the irrigation added to the contract. We were charged $2,000 for doing absolutely nothing and the comment was that the clock begins for hourly charges when they leave the plant! They were stuck on I75 so w e were charged for several hours. The sales person said that it was less than what we predicted, so you should be happy. This is not the service I expected. I asked for a manager/owner to call me back and never received a call. We will not consider Hazeltine in the future.

I already left my name and number and no one called me back". "Well, I'll call you back" she said, (she sounded just like the first person who told me that). I said isn't there some way you can check to see if one is available, even if it has to be ordered?" Her response? "Give me your name and...." Needless to say, I bought my tree, the same day, elsewhere. Real pros, this group.

When I contacted CQS last year they said to fertilize, which I had already done at a cost of $1600. They said Hector drove by and they were fine. They definitely do not do anything that is quality (sprinkler sys among other work they did that had to be re-done) and I'd never recommend them. I have been asking him for 6 months to come look at some of my plants that have died or are dying. He gives me the stupid thumbs up gorilla reply on my text message and nothing else. He promised to be out at my house the first week in November, but he never showed. I have since found out he has done this to other people too. If a man cannot honor his commitments, then why should you hire hm. He is very knowledgeable about plants and landscaping, but does not warranty his work like he promises. Go elsewhere and look. Perhaps you can find someone that will keep their promises. Good luck Tim, once you piss off enough people, you will have no work and your poor workers will bear the brunt of it. They will be out of work and it will be your fault. Take care of your customers, NO EXCUSES!!! Some of his emails to me. You're a jackass! Enough is enough!!
