We…read moredid a quick search on google and found Siesta Key Landscape and according to their website, they just about do anything for your grounds including irrigation maintenance. We were looking for them to come out and check the entire system and fix any sprinkler heads that might be damaged. They came out in 2 days and replaced 2 sprinkler heads for us and exchanged one type for another type because the original sprinkler head was hitting our bathroom window which left calcium deposits on the window. Two gentlemen that came out took care of everything including signing us up for maintenance 3 times a year. I can't say enough about this company and their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of yard service. They offer many services which are all described on their website: www.siestakeylandscape.com 4030 Sawyer Ct Sarasota FL 34233 941-379-3479

SKL nursed our substantial investment in foxtail and areca palms back to health. We then discovered their comprehensive and thoughtful abilities to maintain our entire landscape design. SKL trims perennials, replaces annuals, reshapes a dry creek bed, repairs the irrigation system, even replaces cracked hardscape steps, as needed. They listen well and offer creative ideas. They're not cheap, but ultimately, SKL is an excellent value.

I have had relatively good experience with most of them. Last month our 8 remaining mature trees were way over-due for trimming, and the smallest one was in poor condition and needed to be removed. I called Gheovanni Castillo and one other highly rated company for estimates. Gheovanni came out and quickly pointed out what he would cut, and the equipment he would use to do the job. The other estimator relied more on me pointing out what I wanted cut and we discussed his equipment also. When I got both estimates the decision to chose Castillo was easy, for several reasons; Significantly lower price, Availability within next week, and his use of a Spider Lift, which is much less intrusive than a boom truck, and so much safer than climbing! Gheovanni came with a crew of 5 as he promised a did a great job quickly and cleanly. I rate Castillo Tree Service the best I have dealt with! Highly Recommended! R. Gamble Venice FL

Review Title: A disappointing display of arrogance and poor customer service…read more I've used Adler Irrigation for several years and had generally been satisfied with their work -- until recently. When I reached out for a paid service visit, they abruptly refused to help, citing a "policy" I had never been told about. What followed was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional customer interactions I've ever experienced. The confusion began because the irrigation map Adler provided was misleading, which directly caused me to believe a zone was still malfunctioning. Instead of listening, confirming the facts, or returning my call, they terminated service altogether -- using policy as a shield for their own error. What could have been solved in a five-minute conversation turned into a complete breakdown of professionalism. The tone of their response was arrogant, condescending, and entirely devoid of the respect a paying customer deserves. Businesses reveal their true character when something goes wrong. Adler Irrigation chose defensiveness over accountability -- and that says everything you need to know.
