David of DB Lawn Maintenance, LLC offers a whole new level of customer service and satisfaction…read morethat we were pretty sure had gone extinct in today's world. We started off with his lawn service, which is more than fairly priced, and from our first meeting onwards, we were impressed how respectful, generous (with his time and energy), responsive, detail-oriented, and communicative he is. We have been at our property for under two years and have been focused mainly on big house projects since the purchase. However, we wanted to get ahead of hurricane season by taking trees away from the roof and gain more protection from wildfires by cleaning up the wooded areas that were overgrown and encroaching on the house. We also wanted to make the woods more accessible and create some more space for future projects. Dave is very energetic and creative with a lot of ideas. He also has the experience completing complex large-scale projects. Dave creates partnerships with other companies he trusts, along with his own crew, to do the work. Dave has extremely high standards for himself, his workers, and those he partners with. In our experience, Dave delivers what he promises, and then a whole lot more. We are several parts into a much larger and long-term set of projects with him. We appreciate that Dave communicates when he will arrive, he manages the projects closely, lets us know each step well before it happens, negotiates the pricing, and is responsive and adaptable to changes. Once the tree company took off the first layer of dense brush, and revealed a beautiful forest behind it, we decided we wanted to change the original plan and create a lot more openness. This was obviously going to cost a bit more as the initial scope has expanded. Dave immediately called us to work through all the details and make sure we were on the same page as far as what we wanted done, then he worked on the price, and was back to us quickly with the number. The work done was massive, and not inexpensive, but the price was more than fair. Someone else wouldn't have done nearly as nice of a job and would have easily charged a lot more. The work the tree company and his crew did was phenomenal. Not only did they really listen to us, work super hard, they went above and beyond as well to make sure we were happy. Every person working here was respectful of us and our property. We feel like a whole new world has opened up here, and Dave keeps reminding us that this is only the beginning of the possibilities. More birds have come out, we now have a lovely breeze in the backyard, and it just looks beautiful. Dave's goal is to make his customers happy. He set a high bar for our expectations, then delivered way beyond them. We feel so thankful and lucky to have him on our team and in our corner.

The tenants who had been in the house for 12 years recently moved out, leaving our house filthy, filled with trash, and a smell that would offend anyone. They may not have cleaned at any time over the 12 years. The Property Managers paid little attention and, through lack of attention, contributed to the awful condition of the house. While the inside of the house was a serious disaster, the yard was seriously overgrown and had not been attended to in a long time. Fortunately, we found Kayla of Pristine Home Services. She bravely agreed to clean the house and quoted us a very reasonable price. We wanted to sell the house quickly, and when we let Kayla know, she jumped into the project and did a fantastic job of cleaning the house appliances. She even went and rented a carpet cleaning machine and cleaned the carpet. Kayla went well beyond what would have been reasonable for a job of this size. Yes, we did pay her extra for the fine job. I will include a few before and after pictures. In addition, her partner is a landscaper and provided a quote for cleaning the yards, which again was reasonable. Jeffery did a great job of taking care of the overgrown mess. Jeffery was great, but the true hero in this review is Kayla. My Wife and I cannot recommend Kayla and Pristine Home Services enough. It was a fair price, and it was so lovely to come home to a pretty yard after a long day at work. I know it's inconvenient to come out once to do a yard and not be a monthly service, but my husband for whatever reason is just fully against having a lawn service. So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. I'm allergic to the entire florida outdoors, so if I was to do the yard, people would think I'd have covid the next three days. So Kevin saved the day and told me I'm welcome to call him any time if something like this pops up again. Thank you so much!
