Instant Imprints is better suited for work uniforms and not for any detailed graphics that need to be true to color or close to it. I originally reached out to get some samples printed of a digital illustration for an Art Basel Miami release. The shirts were going to be used during photoshoot for a website ahead of the event. Given the magnitude of the release, I did voice my concerns of working with DTG instead of screenprinting. I was reassured that DTG prints the exact colors of the image and was better than screenprinting for this project. Immediately after the printing, the graphics looked extremely faded and lacked pigment in key areas. When I followed up, I was told DTG-printed graphics tend to fade when washed, just like screenprinted shirts crack. Just one problem, the samples were never washed or worn. I had to opt to photoshop the image onto a blank shirt from Google. So the shirts were never used. Nor could I sell them to recoup my loses. Though the Instant Imprints staff tried to figure out why the quality was so subpar, it was fruitless. I don't think they knew how to use the machine correctly or it was an older model unable to perform the job. About 7 other DTG printers thought the shirts weren't cured properly. Wasted money + wasted time = Bad experience! With this in mind, I cannot recommend this business or change my review. *For all you brave souls who still want to give them a try: ask for samples of their work before doing any business with them* read more

I have used Instant Imprints on several occasions for various projects. Instant Imprint has always delivered excellent work on a timely schedule. Brian Drysdale the Owner helped me out personally on my last job. I wanted a new sign to display in front of my business and he delivered. Placed a large ($600+) order with them back in the spring. I spoke to Cyrilla directly and she was very sweet, however they really made a lot of mistakes. The proof was a week late, I got an actual proof the MORNING OF the agreed upon pickup date. At that point they did not wait to hear if we agreed with the proof and decided to go ahead make them since they were "behind schedule" without our go-ahead...So of course each of the $600 dollars worth of shirts were not what we wanted. In addition, they said they would contact us to work something out back in May... We are still expecting a call from their higher-ups. TL;DR We gave them a design and they messed up our order from unprofessionalism and have yet to make things right. read more

Finally just decided to pay postage again myself because my child was getting heat for not yet sending the package. Went to post office and they had no tape. On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid. To top it off they were so nice. Please use this business for your shopping needs! You won't regret it with the service they give & you'll be keeping a small business going.
